I want to smoke with my lips painted red
A criminal martyr
Stepping forward out of love
Never guilt
But make it look like it
Hypocrisy might as well become my middle nameLord knows how much of you propels me forward
How much my desire do
I'm losing my vision once clear
But there's salvation in lossOh, darling, look down at her
The woman breaking
Claims there's hypocrisy in her tear stains
Her guilt, her misery doesn't belong in her vault of gems
"Nothing new to see"
"I can throw out the mourning dress any day"
"No such thing as grief ever existed"
Her throne awaits her day and night
But she cannot lift the gold that fills her mind anymoreA grief do I wish to grieve?
Or am I following persuasions?
The path healthy never preferred
The blood curse commands my mindTo honor you I must suffer through
I cannot push past the man that drank the life out of my heart
The man that held my heart unbelievablySo let my memories, stained some with tears
Mark the cobblestones of my life
For how long could they fall?
The human mind adjusts to change
The human heart lies and hides love
But life goes on till its time
