The curse broke
The rain poured down
And in the cold autumn nights
You were my warm blanket
Warming my scars with your love
God's gift you were at your best
My heart's need at my worstYou held me like I never could
You pat my hand with your choices
And I love you with all my heart
Beneath pericardium
Deep upon the subtle layers
My love for you breathesIn the times of skyscrapers
You bring me back to the carriage ageYou've pure hands
In the age of impure embracesYou're what
I could never imagine would exist
