We've been dancing
A bit too fast
Then a bit too slow
I've been dodging bullets
Shielding myself to be with you
Nothing lasts forever
If not abandonment
Then death takes away
But with you and me, darling
Nothing lasts a lifetime
Walked on tightropes
Lived in burning houses
Walked on firm smooth grounds
For everything to come crashing down
Now the strong walls of my home
Make me question when they'll fall down
When we'll run away
To return with something new
Because truth is we're indestructible
Truth is we're meant to stand together
But never forever
Can walk together
Just for sometime whenever
