The following afternoon, I was sent word that I was asked to the third deck for something. I looked over at Chris. I had on my red string bikini top along with my blue jean booty shorts. He looked at the guy standing in our doorway. They exchanged some words I didn't hear.

"Gigi, it's a game. Come on. I told him you would do it as long as I did it with you."

"Oh, well, alright."

I shoved my phone into my back pocket, took his hand to leave the room. We followed him out and on to the deck. There was a crowd of people out there. I looked around and then up at Chris. I slit my eyes at him.
"What did you just get us into, Christopher?"

"It will be okay. Relax, breathe."

"What's up, everyone," Andy said as he walked onto the stage that had five stools on it. "They asked me to be your host since I followed my wife on board," he said to cheers.

I laughed at him; "We actually have a dinner date this evening with Chris Motionless and Ingrid Edwards," he said to cheers. "Speaking of, they are our first two contestants here on the Hot Seat, so come on up here."
"Oh, Lord, Chris," I said as he began dragging me up there.

We watched as a worker brought another stool onto the stage and sat it on the end to whisper in Andy's ear.

"Get on my back, Gigi," he said and stopped.

"Okay, whatever," I said, hopped and wrapped my legs around his waist.

The crowd began cheering as they saw us walking up through them towards the stairs. I threw up the horn salute to them. When we got up on the stage, Chris turned around and sat me on the first stool beside Andy.

"First rate service right there," Andy said. "And Ingrid, you're looking hawt in that red bikini top, girlfriend."

They handed me a microphone.

"Thanks Andy," I said to cheers.

"Chris, you need some sun brother," he said to laughter.

"I kinda do," he said with a laugh.

"Okay, our next contestant is.... Drum roll.... Robb Rivera of Nonpoint!"

Oh, sweet. He made his way up on the stage. He gave me a hug and shook Chris and Andy's hands.

"Next on the hot seat is.... Corey Glover!"

YES!!! I grew up on Living Colour. I've met him a few times over the years.

"And last to join us on the hot seat is making her come back on Shiprocked this year, give it up for Lacey Sturm!"

Flyleaf has always been a staple in my music. I think I could handle this. Andy sat down on his stool.

"Would you all like a drink before we get started?"

"Yes," we all said.

"Oh waitress," Andy said.

A young lady came up on the stage. She walked up to me. I leaned back to her and told her I wanted a Pink and Green Highball. She smiled at me and stepped over to Chris.

"Since she's moving down the line, I'm going to start with Ingrid. Hi Ingrid."

"Hi Andy. What are you up to," I asked to laughter.

"Is this your first Shiprocked?"
"Actually it is not my first Shiprocked. My first Shiprocked was back in 2017," I said to cheers.

"Oh nice. So what did you order?"

"I ordered a Pink and Green Highball."

"What is that?"

I giggled at him; "It is cucumber simple syrup, vodka, pink lemonade, cucumbers and mint leaves. It's very refreshing, actually."
