It was showing that in how much pain she was. Haseena barid in so much guilt and pain of losing her brother figure and her daughter's this condition.

But her guilt was of no use. It can't bring bach Ronak. It can't make Ruhi walk, run again. It just can't do anything. Haseena was shading tiers.

When Karishma come to her, she was hell angry on Haseena.

KS: Happy?!

Haseena was sitting numb on the floor. She was not getting anything. Just then a nurse came and inform that Ruhi have gained consciousness.
Listening that Haseena was about to go but Karishma's words stopped her.

Some one was looking all this and was very happy.
