"you invited me, minjun. why would you think that i wasn't going to turn up?"
the boy rubbed at the nape of his neck. the other girl's eyes only flicked between the two of us.
"minjun. who's this?"
to prevent my jaw from dropping in shock, all i could do was let out a dry laugh.
"are you serious?? the movie that you kept going on about to him. i'm the lead actress. he just said my name out loud. park seoyoon."
recognition flashed across the girl's face.
"oh! right. they must put a lot of makeup on you."
"wow. really, minjun. her?"
"seoyoon, i - "
"ugh. just shut up, minjun. still all about the romance."
turning my back on him, i stalked off and out of the building.
i stopped right outside and looked up.
hues of pink and purple swirled together as the sun set. barely any clouds were in the sky.
sighing, i brought my head back down and started walking...wherever my feet took me.
