My Txe'lan - aonung x reader

Eyrina woke up uncharacteristically early for her. The sun just beginning to make its way up the sky. Stretching and yawning she decided to sit outside the marui and get a breath of fresh air whilst the morning was still new.

She took a deep breathe in as she reminisced on last nights events. She couldn't decipher the relationship between her and that boy. Obviously they barely knew each other and maybe she was looking into it but she was sure there was something going on.

She sat by the edge of the marui walkway dangling her legs into the water as she rubbed her eyes. Occasionally she'd hear the odd stir from her sleeping family but apart from that the morning was silent minus the occasional splash from the fish or squark from a wild ikran.

The ikran here were much smaller and seemed to reside further from the clan however they did often fly nearby to catch a fish. "good morning" a voice sounded from the water. She looked down and saw Rotxo.

Rotxo seemed kind, he was friends with Aonung but never hung around the ones who made fun of her or her family. She smiled at him and greeted him back politely. "may I sit with you" the boy inquired she nodded as he pulled himself up.

They got on well. When she first arrived she was sure she'd dislike the boy who commented on her thinner tail so loudly however now she got to know him she realised he wasnt a malicious boy. He was just a bit blunt but once he became friends with someone he looks out for them. He also seems to admire Aonung alot which wasn't a surprise as he was the chiefs son.

"so is there something going on between you and Mr Aonung?" the boy questioned a mischievous look on his face as he did so. Flustered by his sudden question Eyrina stuttered slightly "u-um I don't quite know what you mean" she laughed nervously. The boy smirked slightly before questioning again "I mean you guys always get paired together during lessons plus you both stare at each other constantly" immediately Eyrina denied this saying she was simply observant of the clan Rotxo rolled his eyes but let it go.

Eventually Rotxo bid her goodbye as Neteyam, always the early bird, got up and greeted the two. Slowly but surely the whole family got up and Eyrina quickly went to help Neytiri with making breakfast.

For breakfast they had some berries that was gifted to them by the chief and afterwards she joined her mother in making some food wraps for lunch.
Breakfast was often quiet as the family recovered from their sleep loak and kiri were often quite snappy during the morning and Eyrina wasn't even awake for it majority of mornings.

The group walk over to the lesson area where Tsireya and Rotxo were waiting "Aonung will be joining us later he is practicing with our father at the moment" she explained softly as she caught The darker blue girls gaze.

Tsireya allowed the group to simply swim today as their breathing techniques had become better we could swim for longer. Kiri seemed a natural as soon as they arrived almost becoming one with the sea as she explored it curiously. Rina had to admit it was absolutely stunning. From the coral that ranged greatly in colouring to the large array of fish that swam around in schools Eyrina thought it was all absolutely beautiful.

Her and neteyam swam together Rotxo leading them making sure they didn't stray too close to the reef. They were also learning their signing today however Rotxo explained that they would wait for Aonung so they could all have someone to ask for help if it got too difficult to grasp.

Aonung arrived and dived in searching for the group as he spotted the dark blue skin of the forest na'vi. He swam toward the colour and watched Eyrina look in awe as she took in the surroundings. Unconsciously he started to smile at the look on her face before he quickly shook it off telling himself he thought it was stupid that she'd be in awe of such stupid things.
