As I was sitting on the chairs outside the medical room, I couldn't help but scoff at the new post TMZ just uploaded.

'Of course, of course, this is just great!' I said in exasperation, locking my phone and putting it in my pocket.

'It's really not that big of a deal.' Araujo chuckled, taking a seat next to me.

'It's like I can't have friends. This generation just makes things so complicated, people are forgetting girls and boys can be just friends.' I rolled my eyes.

'Yeah, but I doubt boys want to be just friends with you.' he laughed.

'Don't you wanna be just friends with me?' I asked, my head turning towards him.

Ronald Araujo, defender for FC Barcelona. I've met him a couple times before, and even though he looks so tough and intimidating, he's a very sweet guy. Unless you piss him off. He's always been very fond of me as soon as we met eachother and always made me feel at ease. I don't know how and why, but I'm glad. Sometimes, he reminds me of Luca so much, that I just feel the urge to drop my whole life story on him.

Without being able to answer, Raphinha decides to speak up. 'I wouldn't want to be just friends with you.' he chuckled, shrugging his shoulders.

'Well, you don't count.' I smiled.

'And why's that?' Raph asked confused.

'Because I've known you for ages now and that's just weird.'

'Well, if I had the chance to meet you first, I wouldn't of been just your friend.' he smirked. 'But things are different and this was just a FYOI.'

'A what?!' I bursted out laughing. 'What the hell is a FYOI.'

'For your own information.' he said pointing at me.

'It's actually FYI. For your information.' I said mockingly.

'Well...' Araujo said. 'If I'm able to answer now...' he rolled his eyes with a smile. 'I do want to be just friends with you. Because you seem like a great girl and I already heard someone else has their eye on you.' he chuckled. 'But if that wasn't the case, just friends wouldn't be an option, only because... well...' he said looking me up and down, making me understand exactly what he was trying to say.

'Whatever.' I said brushing both of their little confessions off. 'How much longer do you think they'll be keeping Gavi? Do you think something worse happened?' I asked, my leg shaking.

'Calm down.' Araujo said, placing his hand on my leg. 'He's going to be okay. If it was a big deal, they would've sent him straight to the hospital.'

'Yeah, bu—'

'Señorita Irina?' someone decided to cut me off, making me look up at them.

Xavi Hernandez. Former player of Barcelona and actual manager for the club. Former number 6, and well, Gavi is basically his dupe. I've never met him before, never had a conversation with him before, so I wasn't very sure of what was about to come. Was I going to be praised for my incredible performance on that pitch or will I get told off like I'm a child?

'Yes, that's me.' I said, not bothered to answer in Spanish.

'That was quite a show you put out there.' he said with an accent, who wasn't as thick as the others'.

Yep. Getting told off.

'Yeah, about that...' I sighed. 'If I could go back in time and act differently, I wouldn't.' I smiled, while Raphinha and Araujo chuckled lightly.

'You do know you can be banned from coming to the matches ever again?' Xavi asked, a serious look on his face.

'Señor Xavi, with due respect, you can ban me.' I said with a blank expression. 'Because I'll never apologise for the way I act and I'll never apologise for helping out my friend.' I shrugged my shoulders.

'You are known for having football players as your friends.' he said, and I stood up from my seat.

'And what is that meant to mean?' I asked annoyed.

'Do you think Gavi being in the spotlight for something not football related is the best?' he questioned. 'Of course, as your friend.' he smiled.

'Did Gavi call my name or yours?' I said, the tension in the room becoming uncomfortable, Raphinha and Araujo paying clear attention to us.

They probably thought I'll be jumping Xavi too. But that won't happen. Unless he really pisses me off.

'Actually, the medical team did take ages to come. And oh, what happened to Vini? No card, no free kick, no nothing. Do you know how much these injuries can cost a football player?' I said through my teeth, already wanting to punch him in his face. 'Do you know how much an injury like that could've costed you? Your team?'

He didn't say anything, just showed a soft sneer. I took a seat back on the chair, signalling that the conversation was done from my side. He nodded at the two football players and walked into the room Gavi was in.

'Can you just work here?' Araujo said serious, his head turning towards me. 'Please.'

I chuckled. 'I definitely have no chance of getting a job here after this.' I shook my head.

'Losing you should be a crime.' Raphinha said, kissing the top of my head.

And even though he didn't say it directly, I knew exactly what he was referring to. Or who.
