A little shorter than normal, but I think the fluff at the end makes up for it 😊 enjoy my loves!

When you wake up from your nap, you come to the daunting realisation that you were no longer in mama's arms where you'd fallen asleep no more than a few hours ago. Instead, you were in a strange bed you didn't recognise, and it was dark and scary. So much so that before you could even realise what was happening, a soft cry had escaped your lips filling the silence of the room.

But nothing happens. The door doesn't open, the light doesn't turn on, and mama doesn't come and save you. Your face crumples up in despair at the knowledge that she might have left you, and you begin to cry again. Your voice is hoarse and shaky before gaining strength and sound, and your chest heaves with shallow breaths between sobs.

When Natasha makes it to your room, eyes wide and out of breath, -she hadn't heard you due to the fact she'd been vacuuming- she was met with the sight of you practically wailing on the bed. Your body was squirming agitatedly, your mouth wide open as your stomach heaves. You were kicking your legs almost angrily, your face wet and red with both exertion and tears.

It was just like a real baby, and she was almost entranced by the sight until a particularly angry cry knocks her out of her thoughts.

"Hey hey, it's okay. You're okay." She coos as she steps forward and lifts your squirming frame into her arms, bringing an arm beneath your butt as she begins to pace around the room with a light bounce in her step. "Shh, mama's here now. You're okay." She repeats, her voice no more than a soft murmur.

You sob heavily against her shoulder, and Natasha presses a soft kiss to the side of your head as she stills and begins to rock you side to side, her hand slipping beneath your shirt and grazing soothing circles across the length of your back.

"Ma-ma." You choke out as your body jolts, and Natasha's heart breaks at the sound. She sits herself down on the edge of the bed with one of your legs either side of her own, continuing with the gentle ministrations against your skin.

"Mama's here baby," she whispers, closing her eyes and resting her head against your own. "mama's got you."

About an hour later after Natasha had managed to sooth your cries, she finds herself lounged on the couch with you sprawled on top of her. Your head was laid against her chest, your left hand tightly fisting the material of her shirt over her left breast. You'd been doing that a lot lately, attaching yourself to her chest in any way you possibly could. If you weren't laying on them, you were attempting to latch on in your sleep. And if it wasn't that, your hand would periodically sneak up her shirt she cling to her bra.

Natasha doesn't know how to take that, nor how to feel about it. She knew your eagerness was nothing but innocent, but nursing a teenager, no matter how small you may be, just wasn't something she'd ever imagined doing. It just seemed...odd. Yes, she knew you were no more than a baby mentally. Yes, she knew you saw them as nothing but a source of food, and that did make it a little more bearable to think about but be as it may, she was still reluctant.

She'd spoken to big you about it just this morning, and she'd gotten a tearful admission that you did indeed at least want to try nursing. That was enough for Natasha to be willing to think about it a little more before she shut the idea down completely. Telling you no with absolutely no consideration was just something she couldn't bring herself to do. Besides, it had been two weeks now since she'd found out about your regression, and she was more willing now than she was the first time you'd tried to nurse and she deems that as progress.

So as some sort of compromise, at least for now, she simply lets you cling to whatever part of her body you could get your little hands on. And that seemed good enough to you.

The movie 'frozen' was currently playing on the tv capturing your attention, and you would giggle occasionally behind your pacifier at Olaf's antics. Despite her inner conflict, Natasha couldn't help but smile softly at the sound. It was definitely refreshing after a whole load of tears.

You make a grunting sound as you point to the tv, and Natasha takes at as your way of saying look at that. She complies, and she couldn't help but grin when Anna jams Olaf's nose through his head.

"I see baby," she murmurs, "Olaf's funny huh?" The corners of her lips quirk up into a soft smile as she combs her hand through your hair, and you let out another grunt, this time, one of confirmation as you bring your hand back to cling to her shirt.

With a gentle kiss to your head, Natasha too brings her attention back to the movie, and you both watch it in a content silence until the credits start rolling down the screen. Natasha, after a glance at the clock, decides that now would be a good time for dinner before giving you a bath and putting you to bed.

One great thing about you being little, food was no longer an issue. You'd eat whatever was put in front of you so long as Natasha had the same.

"Alright baby, let's go fix some dinner." Natasha murmurs as she rises to her feet and carries you through to the kitchen, opening the refrigerator and eyeing the contents. "What looks good?" She bounces you softly on her hip to get your attention, and you rip your focus away from attempting to unbutton her shirt and immediately reach for the ketchup.

Natasha raises an eyebrow as she slowly closes the refrigerator door, "You want...ketchup?" She asks with an amused grin, and you mimic it as she sets you down into the counter. You hold it out for her with a grunt, and Natasha takes that as baby language for open it, and the woman rolls her eyes as she complies and opens the bottle before handing it back.

But you don't attempt to eat the ketchup. On no. You aim it up at the ceiling and squeeze, the condiment squirting up into the air and hitting the ceiling at a speed that surprises both of you.

Natasha stares at you in what could only be described as shock before flickering her eyes up to the ceiling, mouth parting in absolute horror when ketchup drips down and lands on her forehead. A loud laugh breaks the silence, and Natasha forces back a smile of her own when she see's you laughing so hard your face was beginning to turn a shade of red, your tiny hands still clutching the ketchup bottle to your chest.

"Was that funny?" Natasha raises a single eyebrow in amusement, and you nod your head as a single tear streams down your cheek.

"Yeah?" Natasha grins as she takes a step closer to you and scoops you up into her arms. She holds you by the waist, allowing your feet to dangle, "you really think that was funny?"

You nod again with a grin, allowing the woman to gently take the bottle from your hands and place it down onto the counter.

"I'll show you what's funny." With absolutely no warning, Natasha begins to mercilessly attack your ribs, and you let out a loud squeal as you arch your back and push against her chest in a futile attempt at getting away. It doesn't work. No amount of squirming or thrashing stop Natasha's fingers as they continue to dig into your sides, and you throw your head back as loud laughter escapes your lips. You laugh so hard your stomach starts to ache and tears stream down your cheeks. You laugh so hard you were unable to catch your breath, and it felt like your chest was about to explode.

It was only then does Natasha give up with her attack and pulls you close. Your head falls against her chest, and you smile when you feel her lips press a soft kiss to the top of your head. Her arm then hooks beneath your behind to hoist you properly up into her arms, and you easily wrap your legs around her waist.

Her face was still covered in ketchup, and you grin behind your pacifier as wipe it off with the sleeve of your shirt.

"Thank you baby," Natasha murmurs as she takes your hand, pressing an innocent kiss to the palm of it. She then clears her throat before giving you a soft bounce, "okay, let's really find something for dinner now."
