Your eyes flickered open to sunlight peering into the room through a slight gap in the curtains. A little dazed, you took a look around, suddenly realising that you weren't in your own bedroom and you weren't alone. You could feel a pair of arms wrapped around your waist, holding you tightly against them, their chin resting on your shoulder so you could hear their gentle breathing. You weren't entirely sure who it was until you noticed a strand of blonde hair tickling your cheek. You turned over to see who it was and you had been correct. It was Chloé.

You had been talking with her over a dating app since you were trying to explore your sexuality and the two of you had eventually decided to meet up for a few dates. From your perspective, you really liked her and wanted to start a relationship with her however you weren't too convinced that she felt the same. To make matters worse, you had a boyfriend and although you had made it clear that you wanted to explore options with girls, you weren't exactly broken up.

Chloé's eyes fluttered open at your sudden movement. You blushed at her big brown eyes meeting yours, unsure how she felt about the current situation. She smiled at you softly, making you feel more comfortable. "Hey." She said a little shyly. You smiled back at her. "Hi." You replied. The two of you remained in a slightly awkward silence for a moment before Chloé spoke up. "Are you okay with this or..."She trailed off. You were slightly taken aback by her question but you nodded in response, you wanted nothing more than to be close to her.

She pulled you into her gently so your head was rested on her chest. You could hear her heart beating loudly in your ear, implying that maybe she did feel the same way about you. "I just thought that maybe with you still being with your boyfriend that you maybe weren't ready for anything like this." She told you, sounding a little upset. You shook your head. "I really like you." You told her, making her smile as she held you close. "I really like you too." She told you. You couldn't help but grin at her words. "Really? I thought you didn't." You said.
Chloé chuckled softly. "I do, a lot actually. I just didn't want to push anything since you were still kind of with your boyfriend and you were questioning your sexuality." She explained.

"I'm going to break up with him, for real." You told her. Chloé pulled away so she could look you in the eyes. "You're serious?" She asked with a small smile. You nodded. "I want to try things with you." You told her. Chloé's eyes lit up. "If that's okay." You added, hoping that she wanted the same. Her small smiled turned into a much wider one. "Of course, I'd really love to try things with you." She said, placing a kiss on your head and cuddling you close. You couldn't help but grin, you had never been happier. Both you and Chloé were excited to see what the future would bring for the two of you, now that it was going to be just you and her, together.
