As my friend recounted the story to me, it was around the year 2000 and likely after 2 o'clock in the morning when his buddy called him, asking for his company to his sister's rental house in case of an accident. Being a righteous person, my friend's buddy tagged along. When they arrived at the house, many people had already gathered around, including the police. My friend saw his sister in tears, huddled in a corner and covered with a quilt, pointing at the lights in the room. Not knowing what to say, my friend comforted her for a long time until she finally revealed that a person had been hanged by the tube lights in the room (typical of old rental houses). The landlord eventually arrived and confirmed the grisly discovery - the tube lights had indeed hanged someone, with the appearance and clothing matching exactly what the sister had described.
