Next to his neck was a sarcoma the size of a watermelon, and the facial features on it could still be vaguely seen, making him look like a two-headed freak. This was the greatest burden in his life, and he had shed countless bitter tears over it. Finally, he made up his mind to cut off the tumor. The doctor looked at him and asked, "Are you sure you want to cut it off? The surgery is dangerous." He nodded firmly and signed the surgery confirmation form. He didn't want to see this burden for another moment.
When he woke up, he heard the doctor say, "Congratulations, the operation was successful! Please take a look, this is the sarcoma that was removed." He struggled to open his eyes and saw the doctor pointing at himself. The tumor was still on his neck, and it made a hoarse voice, "Yes, thank you, doctor, for the greatest burden in my life." He wanted to shout, but found that he had no vocal cords. Gradually, even the last of his consciousness disappeared.
