The next day arrived, and Johan was taken out of his cell for the first time during lunchtime. Holding his tray in his hands, he looked at the other prisoners and was utterly disappointed with the ones there.

"This place is full of losers!" Johan said out loud, and all the prisoners heard him, hurting their huge egos.

All the prisoners who thought of themselves as alpha stood up and surrounded Johan.

"What did you say, kid?"

"Losers? Motherfucker, you haven't even finished growing yet."

"Asshole, the only loser here is you!"

The so-called alphas surrounded Johan, but he ignored their existence and began walking away from them.

"You dare ignore us!"

"You bastard!"

"You son of a bit-"

That was all he could say before that prisoner was flying across the cafeteria. Johan hit him with an inside crescent kick, sending him flying. "If you want to fight, then bring it on."

The other prisoners, stunned by Johan's swift move, hesitated for a moment before charging at him. But Johan was not one to back down from a fight, especially when he was being challenged.

Johan expertly dodged their punches and kicks, delivering his own powerful blows. His movements were so fluid that it seemed like he was dancing rather than fighting.

As the other prisoners fell one by one, Johan's confidence grew. He felt invincible, like nothing could stop him.

But then, out of nowhere, a guard appeared and fired a warning shot into the air. "That's enough!" he yelled, "Back to your cells, all of you!"

Johan knew better than to argue with the guards. He quickly made his way back to his cell, feeling a rush of adrenaline as he relived the fight in his head.

As he lay on his cot, Johan couldn't help but smile to himself. He knew that he had just earned the respect of the other prisoners, and he couldn't wait to see what other challenges awaited him in this brutal world of prison life.

A few days had passed since Johan's last encounter with the other prisoners. He had been keeping a low profile, avoiding any confrontations and trying to stay out of trouble.

But his peace was short-lived. One day, as he was walking through the prison yard, he suddenly found himself surrounded by a group of angry prisoners. There were no guards around, and Johan knew that he was in trouble.

The prisoners were all armed with makeshift weapons, ranging from sharpened toothbrushes to metal pipes. Johan knew that he had to act fast if he wanted to survive.

Without hesitation, he launched into action, using his training in Kyokushin karate, Taekwondo, Judo, and Boxing to take down his attackers one by one.

He started with the ones closest to him, using his powerful kicks and punches to knock them to the ground. Then he quickly moved on to the others, using his Judo throws to disarm them and leave them vulnerable to his strikes.

The other prisoners fought back fiercely, but Johan was too skilled for them. He had trained for years in various martial arts styles, honing his skills to perfection. He moved with a fluid grace, dodging their attacks and delivering his own punishing blows.

The fight went on for what felt like hours, with Johan slowly but surely wearing down his opponents. His determination never wavered, even as his body grew tired and sore.

But finally, after what felt like an eternity, the last of his attackers fell to the ground.

Johan stood panting, his body covered in sweat and bruises. He had won, but at what cost?

As he looked around at the other prisoners, he saw a mix of fear and respect in their eyes.

They knew that he was not someone to be trifled with, someone who could take on multiple opponents and emerge victorious.

But Johan knew that he couldn't let his guard down.

He knew that there would be other challenges ahead, other fights to be won.

He had to stay sharp, stay focused, and always be ready for whatever came his way.

And so he did, spending the rest of his time in prison training and honing his skills.

He emerged from prison a changed man, stronger, more determined, and more skilled than ever before.

After his epic battle in the prison yard, Johan knew he needed to continue training to maintain his skills.

He decided to take on a grueling training regimen, fighting every prisoner he encountered in the yard for six months straight.

At first, the other prisoners were hesitant to approach Johan.

They had seen what he was capable of, and they knew that he was not to be messed with.

But eventually, they began to challenge him, drawn in by his intense focus and unwavering determination.

Day after day, Johan fought his way through the ranks of the prison population, taking on anyone and everyone who dared to step into the ring with him.

He fought with all his might, using his incredible skills and training to overcome his opponents.

The fights were intense, and Johan pushed himself to his limits. But he never gave up, never backed down, and never let anyone get the better of him.

He fought with a ferocity that was unmatched, never letting his guard down for even a moment.

As the weeks turned into months, Johan's skills continued to improve. He became faster, stronger, and more agile, able to anticipate his opponents' moves before they even happened.

The other prisoners began to take notice of Johan's transformation. They saw him as a force to be reckoned with, a warrior who had earned their respect and admiration.

And as he continued to fight, day after day, Johan knew that he was becoming the best he could be. He was driven by a fierce desire to improve, to push himself to his limits, and to never back down from a challenge.

Finally, after six long months of intense training, Johan emerged from the prison yard a changed man. He had become a master of his craft, a warrior who was ready to take on the world.

And though he knew that there would be more challenges ahead, he was ready to face them head-on, armed with the skills, determination, and sheer force of will that had made him into the fighter he was today.

Johan may have entered the prison as a nobody but he left prison as a legend.

Well He was a legend for prisoners but worst nightmare for the officers in prison.
