Getting out of the private sign-up section, I half expected everything to calm down for the better, however, instead, I ended up walking out and across a riot.

"LET GO, YOU HAFLING PEST!!" Sierra ended up screaming as a young girl ended up grabbing her. I was quite surprised that she ended up getting angry. She seems like a person who would stay calm even if the whole world fell apart. Though, I guess everybody has their weaknesses.

"No fair!! You were trying to steal a new member from me, right?" I could tell by her voice alone that it would be quite annoying to most. She sounded a bit like a Gyaru from my previous world. Though, her childlike demeanor only seemed to emphasize the annoyance. Though, I couldn't help but find her demeanor a bit endearing. Albeit it, more like an overbearing little sister vibe.

"Who said she was your new member?" Another person said. He was a thin man, but not the same thing as Victor. Rather than seeming to be fragile, this guy seemed a bit more weasel-like, with cat-like eyes too.

"You stay out of this, sticky fingers-" The halfling girl ended up saying.

"You should follow your own advice." Sierra snapped back before finally being able to tear off that little gremlin. "And why are you butting in the first place? Who even told you about this place?"

She pointed to someone near the cafeteria. He seemed to be a bardic person, playing a lute. Though, it seemed he was earring in the argument. After being pointed at, he began to whistle, pretending to focus on adjusting his lute. Such a liar. I bet he's the type who loves gossiping; like fanning a flame.

They continued to argue quite a bit in front of me. At first, I thought it was because of me, though, more and more, it seemed just to be circumstantial. I couldn't help but stand still quite perplexed. As they began to see them argue with one another, in the corner of my eye I ended up seeing an old man with a long white beard and hair. He looked quite interesting. As I blinked, however, he wasn't there. I ended up looking around, but he was gone; which was quite stunning.

Am I seeing things? An illusion? Even then... Honestly just doing that in combat would be awesome; whether it is an illusion or literal teleportation.

Well, I know what class I am going to go for. Though, first thing first. I ended up walking to the people arguing.

"Ummm, excuse me?" I said, meekly. However, Sierra and the other girl were arguing. The only person who wasn't was...

"Why hello girl. I'm Kelf. I'm the Thief instructor. Hey, so have you thought about the thief class?"

"What is so good about the thief class?" I asked. "Isn't that like stealing?"

"Oh no. Honestly, I can understand why it has gotten such a bad wrap, given its name. No, think of it more like misdirection. When you attack, don't you want to strike when they don't see? In a sense, it is a lot like being an Assassin class. Though, in assassin classes, they typically rely on that "one shot" to kill monsters. It is quite hard for them to recover that element of surprise. As for thief's that is our entire stick. We do feints. We do sucker attacks, We do tricks. Anything to take on an opponent. In a sense, it is quite similar to creativity that bards typically use."

"I don't know...." I ended up saying. Although it was quite interesting, it just didn't seem right for the first class.

"Are you sure? How about this- try to attack me. Go on. Use your dagger and attack me."

A bit confused by his approach, I ended up following along and decided to try. Alright then, here goes- "It's gone!!!" I said in shock, looking at my empty dagger's scabbard
