Chapter 32: Architect

"Mommy there! No sa right pa konti!" I laughed at my son's hysterical voice. Nasa arcade kami ngayon at kasalukuyang nag lalaro sa claw machine. "What!? Mom why Dora? I'm not a girl!" He is now mad, I laughed as I stare at his annoyed face. What can I do? Eh ayaw kumapit ni spider man eh!

"Okay na yan son! Atleast we got one! Tara na let's play other games!" He has no choice but go with me and play. But it was fun and memorable moment. It was one of the happiest moment of my life!

When we got home, Damian was sleeping soundly at the passenger seat. He look so handsome! I didn't wake him up and just cleaned him up. Pag labas ng kuwarto ay naka salubong ko pa si ate Anna may dala dala itong carton at mga gamit. "Uy ma'am, andyan na po pala kayo? Ah eh..."

"Balik bayan box te?" She nodded and smile.

"Hmm, do you want to take a rest ate? Or vocation?" Her face lit up and she smiled genuinely. "Hala oo ma'am..." Kung gan'on, fix your luggage and you'll be having a month vocation." She ran on me to give me a warm and tight hug. I hug her back. "Naku sorry, salamat ma'am!" Tumango ako. "Walang anuman po, ako nga po ang dapat mag pa salamat eh. Pasensya na po, 1 month lang ang kaya kong ibigay. Kailangan po kase kita dito." She nodded eagerly.

The next day, I drove ate Anna to the airport with my son. We bid our goodbyes before us leaving her. Dadalhin ko pa ang batang ito sa dalawa n'yang Dada at mag c-celebrate daw sila. That was fast tho, parang isang buwan lang no'ng umalis si ate at ngayon ay nandito na s'ya! Pinupunasan nito ang basang likuran ni Damian.

We're at the park and my son is playing with our neighborhood kids, while I chat to their Nannies, and Moms. My son grew up so fast. He is now 5! Oh my baby.

Damian is home schooled. I am planning on enrolling him into a normal school but my schedule just couldn't, but I and Andrew talk about it already. Sinabi n'ya na tutulungan nya akong maghanap ng school para kay Damian I was beyond happy! They're really are my savior! They helped me through a lot.

The next day Jeremy and Andrew arrived in our house only to tell me my son is already enrolled! Imagine! I was just talking, opening about it to them then malalaman ko na lang my son can actually go to school finally? Wow!

After weeks, Damian has started his face to face class already. He was happy when he got home, telling me stories about his school and found new friends. "Then Mommy, I saw Leti crying. I offered her my handkerchief and she cried more. I was sad because I don't know how to comfort her!" My son is really a gentleman.

"Hmm, bakit daw na iyak si Leti?" He paused for a moment and look at me. "Secret lang Mom ha? I wanna keep her secret eh." I nodded gently. "Because Mom, she heard her mom and dad shouting at each other..." Dad, I wonder how will he react if he knew he has child huh? But will it happen? I guess it would never. I sighed and watched my son sleep.

I feel bad for him. Sa nag daang taon, ni minsan hindi ako tinanong ng anak ko tungkol sa ama nya. He knows exactly I'm not comfortable talking about it. Alam ko kuryuso din sya sa ama, ngunit anong magagawa ko?

Marahan kong hinaplos ang pisnge ng anak. His green eyes resemble his father's. Mag ka mukhang mag ka mukha. Mag tataka ba s'ya pag nakita nya ang bata? Surely, tsk.

We were in chaotic situation last night, isinugod sa hospital si Damian nang mag ka allergy ito dahil kumain ba naman ng chocolates na may nuts! Gosh! I thought I was gonna lose him! I can't! Ma-uuna na ako kesa sa kan'ya! I don't wanna see my son in that situation anymore, I am really really doing my best to protect him. If I fail, I don't know what would I do.

"Sa susunod wag ka na padalos dalos anak okay? I have talked to your teacher na and said you can't go to school pa." He looks sad and he pouted his lips. "But Mimi? I want school!" Giit pa nito. "Uhuh, but you're not yet okay!" Marahan kong sabi.

"What? I'm fine na!" I just gave him a look and he knows it exactly that he could only sigh.

Hayst, sorry little one. Can't risk it.

Aside from that, I heard he is here. He is doing some stuff here connected sa advertising company nya. Naka lahad sa article na mag s-stay din s'ya dito for a month. He changed a lot on base on the image he has on that magazine. He has beards, his hair has grown but it makes him sexy.

"Wait... What? Sexy huh?" Umiling na lang ako sa sariling ka isipan. Hayst mababaliw na ako. "Architect!" Napa baling ang atensyon ko sa likod at nakita si Kate na lakad takbo papunta sa puwesto ko. Kate is a beauty, I don't get why is drake hating her so much? When all she do is do her job properly.

I smiled. "Hey? About your email?" She smiled genuinely and tucked the strands of her hair at the back of her ear. "Ey, yeah. That jerk is not here so, yeah I would be the one to discuss it." I nodded and laugh with her. Wala pa si Kate ay empleyado na ako ng kompanyang ito. But Drake and her seems to know each other even before.

"Where should I start? Ugh! So stressful!" Kate is British. Pero she is half Filipino. Her mom is British while his dad is Filipino. Her Lola also. I chuckled, hingal na hingal pa s'ya. 

"Maybe we could start from who is this client?" Her mouth form into small 'O' and gasp. "Oh yeah, yeah. This client is very important client. VIP. He is known hotelier in the Philippines, a great CEO!" She said confidently. "Ohh, so this is a pleasure! I'd like to take the opportunity!" She nodded and smile.

"Well, Dra– I mean that jerk, trusted you a lot so he told me to open this to you, and also the client has chosen you to design his hotel. But uhm, in order to do that you have to make atleast 30 samples design for uhm this condominium."

It's really not my first time making design for condominiums and hotels but this one is making me nervous. I don't get it. I nodded, "okay. I can do that. When can I meet the board? So we can discuss further more? And the client?"

"Ah erg... Can you make to Philippines?"
