In my mind, a storm rages,
Anxiety grips me in its clutch,
I search for a path to heal,
A way out of this mental hutch.
With each breath, I find solace,
As I navigate this treacherous terrain,
Holding on to hope and faith,
And slowly shedding my pain.
The journey is long and winding,
But I am determined to see it through,
I know I will find my way back,
To a life that's bright and anew.
So I take each day as it comes,
And trust in my strength and might,
I am a warrior, and anxiety,
Will never again dim my light.
