"Yearning for Release"
She vanished, carrying my heart in tow,
Helplessly, I'm unable to halt the flow.
An insurmountable hurdle, this pain I bear,
Yet, I must summon strength, leap into the air.
Untangle, I yearn, break the binding chains,
Rescue me from this heartache, the endless strains.
Within my mind, the turmoil persists,
But life's a lesson, and I persistently persist.
Yearning for peace, to cease this constant engaging,
Embracing growth, my spirit still engaging.
