"Resurgence"
Hey darkness, hey dark times, hey pain,
Hey regrets that constantly remain,
Inside of me, depriving me of all,
Replacing joy with a haunting call.
Cooperate, I ask, grant me reprieve,
Release me from depression's grip, believe,
Restore my mind, free it from despair,
Unleash the worth I once held with care.
Before limitations shackled my soul,
Before bad memories took their toll,
Take me back to when blessings were near,
When emotions flowed and there was no fear.
It's time to break free from this dark trance,
Embrace self-love and give life a chance,
Grant me strength, restore my faith anew,
So I can progress and rediscover what's true.
