Sitting in the second patrol car with handcuffs on, Roman watched the ladies enter the Sergeant's vehicle. Flabbergasted on why the police took the trio with them, bewildered him. It left him puzzled, as sweat built up around him, causing him to make a fist.

What are they doing? They can't arrest Martina and my sister! Bonnie ... I'm not so sure about her. But If I remember Clyde and her crime spree in the casino, I know she's not a perfect angel. I wonder what happened to them after the casino's owner let me leave. Nothing good perhaps.

Worried on how they would treat his sister and her girlfriend, downtown, Roman pulled his own hands apart in agony.

After he felt the pain and murmured some curse words, the officer sitting in the driver's seat took notice of Roman's presence on the rear view mirror.

"Sonny, I wouldn't do that if I were you. That's only gonna get worse. The more you pull, the more marks it will leave on your skin!"

Even though a screen separated them, Roman wanted to punch Officer Lucas. He didn't need the officer to tell him what to do, for Roman wanted to endure the pain.

He knew he had a temper problem that was ready to explode, but Roman gritted his teeth as he wanted to keep quiet. Instead he nodded his head to assure the officer that he understood what was said and refrained from doing anything more. Thus, he felt defeated and lost in the long run.

His former therapist diagnosed him with having Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED), a mental health condition marked by frequent impulsive anger outbursts or aggression, as he had a low tolerance for frustration and adversity. Roman used to take medication to lower down his mood swings, but it's been several years since he took it, as he believed he could control his tantrums.

Roman thought about his prior consequences after discontinuing Dr.Everett's advice. He made a promise to himself that once he would get out of this mess, he'd seek help.

Now armed with a swiss army knife, Clyde sat in a corner as he released his tears.

Men don't cry. It's considered taboo, I need to hold my emotions .

He kept telling himself that as it was what he heard from his foster parents. Any sign of weak emotions was considered to be feminine and Clyde feared the punishment his guardians would give him.

Thus, from an early age, Clyde lacked self-esteem.

Left in the convenience store alone with only two other men for backup, Officer Samson tackled the man who hid from them. Like a game of cat and mouse, Clyde ran from aisle to aisle to evade the police, but he knew his luck would soon run out.

As the police opened the store's back door, Officer Samson smiled once he caught Clyde sitting down Indian style, with his legs crossed.

At least, one part of my job is done, but I don't think he's going down without a fight.

"Mr. McCarthy, put down that weapon and give it to me. I don't want to hurt anyone," Officer Samson replied.

"How do you know my name?" Clyde asked.

"The security guard of this store mentioned it. I heard he knows you were a common offender in the Loyalton Casino along with a lady named Bonnie Ackles."

Hearing those words from the Officer, shocked Clyde.  He knew that guard looked familiar and now was caught red-handed!

Darn it, I knew that Chavez was trouble from the beginning. He'd throw Bonnie and me in jail any chance he'd get to earn a day's commission. Bet he works part time at the convenience store on the weekdays and in the casino on weekends.

"My Bonnie, what did you do to her?" Shaking his head as if he were deranged, he cried. "Don't come any closer or I'm pulling out the blade."

Officer Samson used his training skills to calm the unstable suspect.

"Mr. McCarthy, look we don't have enough time here as this store must reopen for other customers to come in or they will lose money, but if you come down to the station with me, I promise you I'll be all ears to listen to your side of the story."

A delusional Clyde didn't want to believe it, but he gave up by handing the knife to the officer.

"You swear, you're  not lying?

Officer Samson nodded. Helping Clyde stand up, he patted him in the back.

"I don't know your whole story son, but I can tell you must have had a past that was harsh. It takes a strong man to shed his tears in public. Been there myself. But I'm afraid I have to put handcuffs on you now and read you your Miranda rights. I'll talk to my supervisors and see if they can go light on you".

Clyde put his hands out for the officer to put the handcuffs on. He figured that if gave in easily, they'd spare his life.

"And my girlfriend, what's going to happen to Bonnie?," he asked.

The officer nodded as the two stepped outside.

"Don't worry about it, Sergeant Williams is going to take her down to the station as well."

"Wonder what's taking Samson so long." Looking at his watch the officer who sat with Roman grew impatient.

But as he saw the Office holding Clyde with handcuffs, Officer Lucas grinned

Once the door opened, Officer Lucas didn't even take the liberty for the men to fully sit down.

"About time Samson, you okay partner? What took you so long?"

"It's a long story, Lucas. Let's just head to the station now, and get these men downtown. I'm sure everybody's tired.'

And with that the patrol car's engine roared toward its destination.

As the quad and the officers arrived at the station, the boss, Director Levi Stevens asked his men to separate each convict into separate rooms in order to see if they would still repeat the same stories out of them. But even though the officers followed their supervisors suggestion, the quad stuck to the same stories they gave previously.

Officer Samson stuck to his promise and interviewed Clyde, who confessed to doing the casino burglaries at Loyalton Casino with Bonnie. Therefore, the two were charged with another misdemeanor on top of what happened in the convenience store.

In a nutshell, no one was to blame for the fiasco at Lucky 13, two numbers that Martina will hate forever. But all five convicts were taken to Iron Heights prison before trial.
