It should be noted, that the Flight of this ship is fictional and only created for the sake of this story. The Arleigh Burke class itself has only reached Flight III and even then some ships are still in 'Development approved' status. It can be concluded that Flight IV is fictional. The reason why Flight IV has two CIWS is to combine the Flight III and Flight I and II models.
