INT. THE KINGS PALACE - DAY

In a ceremony reflecting their love Solomon and Temira are
married before the city of Jerusalem and attended by their
closest friends and relatives. Later that evening, another
ceremony takes place, one that Temira was honored to attend.
As a gift from Solomon, Tzefan and Sameh were given an
honorary wedding in the Palace surrounded by the ones who
had become like family to Tzefan.

EXT. APPLE ORCHARD - DAY

Several weeks later Prince Tzefan and his Princess have
prepared to return to Paran so that Tzefan can receive his
throne. The city has gathered to send them off with all the
royal pageantry of a kings privilege. Solomon and Temira
are seated high above the city in the apple orchard where
their love first began to blossom watching the scene below
with admiration and melancholy.

TEMIRA
I hate to see Tzefan and his
family leave. I have grown so fond
of Sameh.

SOLOMON
My dove, he is to be leader of his
people, he must return that his
people may put their faith in him.

TEMIRA
Is that what you had to do?

SOLOMON
I had to do that and much more. I
had to bring myself to face you
with the truth. I couldn't bear
to lose you. Can you forgive me
for taking the easy way out.

TEMIRA
(sweetly coy)
I can my love but only if you
promise to take us to Tzefan’s
Coronation in the spring.

SOLOMON
My dove, we wouldn't miss it for
the world. We shall all go and
give our blessing to Tzefan, the
Gem of Paran.

Down below, along the street leading out of Jerusalem,
Temira is distracted as she spies an enormous shuffling
entourage touring toward the gates of the city. Temira jumps
excitedly to her feet and grabs Solomon's outstretched hand
to help him up as the caravan travels past.

TEMIRA Oh look! There go Tzefan and Sameh right now! I just can't believe you gave Tzefan's family all those horses, and

resent. Was he surprised?

SOLOMON
Oh, you could say he was very
surprised. Especially when he saw
the royal bestowal.

TEMIRA
The royal bestowal?

SOLOMON
(nodding knowingly)
MmmHmm. Tzefan had to have
somebody to look after all those
mules. Who better qualified than
Jehdeiah and Raveed?

With the sun on their backs, Solomon puts his arm around
Temira and they turn, gazing lovingly at the scene below and
wave.

EXT. CITY STREET - DAY

As the Royal Entourage of Paran passes slowly through the
city of Jerusalem, Tzefan and Sameh recline on a luxurious
couch carried by six servants. The whole city has turned out
to see them off throwing flowers and wheat branches as they
pass. Tzefan's family waves back at every one, Azhara blows
kisses. As the last donkey passes, Shabouh brings up the
rear driving a chariot and cracks a long whip.

SHABOUH
(loudly)
He-ah! Git along boys! This is
your formal training on how to be
a proper servant!
(cracks whip)
Now get along!! He-aw!

JEHDEIAH
Yeeeooowwwlll! Yes master
Shabouh!

RAVEED
(screeching)
Yeeoowwll! Yes master! Oh help!
Someone please!!

The whip CRACKS again. Jehdeiah and Raveed jump as high as
they can, to escape the sting of the new position Tzefan has
granted Shabouh. Personal Trainer to the King's servants.

SHABOUH
(smiling, happy,
loud)
Yes siree! That's what happens
when you’re a loyal servant boy’s!
You get PRO-mo-tions! Yahooo!
(cracks whip)
