He shut the door and walked to the kitchen and his dog followed " his name is Dodger! he is a boxer mix...wait are you allergic to dogs?!" He said furrowing his eyebrows " noooo! I love dogs I'm not allergic to anything besides grass if you wanna count that as an allergy" I said walking "hey can I go sit on the porch I didn't know I had one of those chairs!" putting some more treats and food in Dodger's food bowl "of course do you want anything to drink also I have snacks too!" I stopped and turned around do you have wine specifically barefoot or Stella Rosa?" I said very specific about my wine
He nodded "yep but I think only Stella let me go check" he said walking to his wine seller "ok" I said walking to sit on his porch swing dodger ran in the back yard with me and started running around playing with his toys that were left outside
Chris was hanging out at the doorway watching I noticed him and jumped "you scared me!" He turned his head to look at me with his charming smile and beautiful eyes "xora?sweetheart?xora? Earth to xora ?" I blinked a few times "sorry!" He smiled " you were staring" I nodded " I know I just was thinking that's all did you find the wine?" I said asking "no sorry! thought I had some"
I smiled a little "it's fine can I get water please!" Mhm he muttered before walking away I sat back on the swing and watched dodger as he played by himself "here you go!" He said giving me some water "thank you"
We had been outside for quite sometime now and I was just sitting there huddled up in my little corner of the swing thinking about life before I was a doctor..... it was horrible but that we didn't need to get into I felt Eli staring at me I turned my head " what's wrong know your staring?"
