Butterfly effect

One night in summer my friend asked

If I would come out too

It was one of the times that I said yes

And while I was hanging with her, I saw you

I asked her

Do you know this guy?

She looked at me and then said 

Yeah I do, why?

I told her that you're kinda cute

She told me everything she knew

What you love, what you hate

And what you do

You came over

To talk to us

About two weeks later

We were on the same bus

My friend wasn't there

So it was just you and and me

We got off the bus

And you came over for a cup of tea

We sat in the kitchen and laughed

For an hour or two

And that was when I noticed

That I'm in love in with you

You kissed

That's what I consider success

And all of that 'cause one night in summer

I had said yes.
