Yes he feels bad for Sammy’s fate, but that doesn’t mean Bendy doesn’t feel a little creeped out with the prophet’s sacrifices. Who knew how many people Sammy had sacrificed to the Ink Demon before Henry.

Throughout this song, the last one, and most of the game, Sammy was speaking his praise towards the Ink Demon and doing anything he can to please. But in this part, while he does sound like Sammy is frightening the listener, most likely Henry, there was a hint of fear underneath his voice.
“Maybe this is the little bit of sanity Sammy still has speaking out.”, Oswald said.

After the end of the choirs, some of the group members couldn’t help but dance a bit with the closing music. Can you blame them? It’s catchy.

"Maybe, don't forget that Sammy might have lose some of his memories when he was trying to figure whether or not he knew Henry, only to shake it away.", Felix said.
"That interaction does seem strange but it also means that other employees might be in the studio.", Flug added, "And it might explain the coffins we saw at the beginning of chapter 2."
"Unless they're also sacrificed by Sammy." Polly quietly told Alice and Willen.
While it was bound to make anyone uneasy, Alice felt something more then uneasiness. As if there was something more to the sacrifices. As if Sammy might have not been the only one.
Right at that moment Lucy spoked up.
"Alright one more song and we're continuing."
