Chapter 12: the truth

Mark's Pov

After saving Sean and Tim we found a well hidden cave to camp out in we all talked for hours until everyone fell asleep. I couldn't fall asleep my feelings for him kept me up. I remembered Wade's words and decided to tell him. I shook him awake. He grumbled and looked at me "what is it mark" I looked into his icy blue eyes. "I..I..need to tell you something" He tilted his head "yeah" I grabbed his hand and took him into the clearing outside the cave. "Jack...I...I...I...love you" Jack looked at me shocked. "M-mark" he sat down and patted the stop next to him. "Mark I love you too" I sat next to him and looked deep into his eyes he did to. Then I realized that we were both leaning towards each other. I closed my eyes excited for the kiss. Our lips met. The kiss was soft and sweet. It didn't last long however and we parted. "Jack can I ask you something" he nodded. "Will you be my boyfriend " he smiled "of course Mark " I smiled and pecked his lips and hugged him. It felt good to finally have him and to finally tell him the truth.
