I walked out of the car I booked so nervously, I would be seeing Asher's harsh and not sweet mum again, I didn't bother dressing to much, it's not like I had anything better to wear. I can't believe Silvia would want to do this to me, I stood up and angrily took drinks off trays.
Asher's POV..
My mum's own welcome party I was being the last to arrive, so great of me. I walked past the securities, in search of Bell, she had said she would be here, I walked further and met Sasha, she looked more slutty than usual, I roll my eyes in disgust, "Hey boo,"she exclaimed in surprise and hugged me, "Sasha, what the fuck are you wearing?" I asked lazily and shook my head, "What's wrong with my dress? You don't like it?"she asked looking around herself, she has a black straight gown with laces on both legs that reaches her waist, she looks naked, I shook my head again, "Where's my mom?"I asked as I walked knowing she was at my back, "With her business partners and investors, she's quite busy,"she replied trying to keep pace with me, "And Bell?"I asked, she scoffed and don't reply, I turn to her, "Do you have a problem with my ex?"I asked suspiciously, it's not like I was actually suspecting anything, "Ash, please don't ruin the party with your Bell story,"she replied calmly and took a drink off a passing tray, I was not prepared for her shit, I walked off to my mum, "Mum,"I called her attention lowly from her discussion with her fellow forties, she stood up and excused us, "Do you have to interrupt good things?"she asked and rolled her eyes, "Well Mrs Crawford, have you seen Bell?"I asked sarcastically, "She was with me but left, any problem?"she answered lazily, I don't say anything and she used that as a cue to walk away, I walk to the bathroom, where has this girl gone to? I walked to the garden side of this event hall, it was bright with light, I don't expect her to be here, I turn to leave but hear a low chuckle, I quickly turn around and see her under the light stand, she was glowing in her short black sleeveless dress, I couldn't help but watch, "Ash, you're drooling,"she sang and chuckled, is this girl drunk, "Fuck,"I said under my breath as I walked over to her, I held her hand to take her outside, "What in hell's name are you doing here?"I asked feigning anger, "Ash, stop talking outside,"she said and I stopped and looked down at her drunk little sweet face, "Bell, something could have happened to you, you never drink without caution, why today?"I say angrily with concern, she chuckle and put her hands around my neck, "Asher, yesterday's memory is still fresh in my head, I miss us, the good times, the loving times where we would always stand up for each other and play dirty pranks on people, even if I was poor you still loved me unconditionally, what happened after that? Why did you have to leave? Where did you go? What did you do? Who did you see? How many girls did you tell you loved? How many did you fuck? Did you forget about me? Was there any better than me? Did you have to forsake me and hurt me like you did?" She started off playing but she was sobering up and ended her statement with slight tears, she held my collar shaking me as she asked those questions, I wish I could reply, "Bell...."I trailed off as she kissed me a hungry kiss, "I couldn't forget us, I wanted this to last forever but not everything last forever, right,"she said, confirming her words, she released my collar, "How I happen to still love you is a puzzle to me,"she said walking in circles, I love you too Bell, I couldn't say that out, it would kill her, "Bell,look, let's just go back to the..." "Fuck your party!"she cut in loudly and angrily, she stood and looked at me, "Asher what about my child?"she asked lowly, why would she ask that? I furrowed my eyebrow, "I don't understand,"I said, the confusion on my face was very vivid, she scoffed, "Asher, after you get married what happens to me and my child?"she asked sternly, something or someone must have stirred up this anger in her, "You get to stay with Lizzy, she loves you so much and I can be visiting and all, why are you asking me this?"I say counting my words, she scoffed mockingly, "Well, I guess there are other plans for the child, my child,"she said and turned to leave but I held her hand fast enough before she could open the door, "Bell, what happened?"I asked suspiciously, "Asher can you tell me why you fucked me yesterday?"she asked sternly and I scoffed, releasing her hand, "Why would you ask me that? You wanted to and I had to satisfy us both,"I reply, "I wanted to? that's all?" She exclaimed in disbelief, "Bell just stop going on about yesterday,"I blurted out angrily, "I thought as much," she replied lowly, I put my fingers through my hair, "Fuck you"she said more in whisper as tears rolled down her cheek, she opened the door to go out, I was stuck, I couldn't follow her, "Fuck!"I screamed as loud as I could.
