"You okay?" Tanaka asks as he shuts the door. Kageyama nods. "You don't have to worry about them," he says, hugging him from behind. "They're like the nicest people you could ever meet," Tobio looks at the ground. Why didn't he get that? Was he just not worth it?

"I talked to them last night while you were sleeping. They're happy to let you stay as long as you want. They've probably been excited to meet you all day. They sure did wanna meet you last night," he says, trying ease Tobio's nerves, who pulls out a book and stationary. "What are you doing?"

"You said we're doing homework?" Tanaka chuckles at him. "Oh no I just said that because you seemed uncomfortable," he explains, laughing again.

Kageyama nods. But sits down and opens the book anyway. "Still kinda need to do it though." He says, sitting Tanaka's bed, who's still hugging him. "Oh yeah go ahead."

An hour of homework goes by, when Yori and Mei finally yell for dinner. Kageyama closes his book and slowly makes his way into the kitchen. "Hope you brought your apetites, there's plenty of food here for you, so dig in," Yori says, dishing out his plate.

"So how's school going? Are you liking it so far? No ones giving you a hard?" Mei asks. "What about volleyball? How's that going?" His father asks, as the siblings can't help but smile at their dorky parents.

"School is okay," he's able to get out, while trying to stop himself from shaking, for some reason. "Volleyball is fine," he answers, trying to keep is answers as short as possible.

When dinner had finished, Kageyama started filling the sink up with hot soapy water, grabbing the dishes and letting them soak, he grabbed the dish cloth and started to clean.

"What are you doing?" Mei says from behind him, causing him to jump. "Oh uh the dishes ma'am." He answers in an unsure tone. "What? No that's what we're for. You just focus on getting ready for bed." She says, confusing him and taking his place.

On the verge of tears, he does as he's told and gets ready for bed.
