Survivors guilt is a psychological term to when one person survived a situation while another didn't. This can lead to severe feeling of guilt and depression, believing that they should be dead instead of the lost. These feelings can often lead to suicidal tendencies, believing that if they end it all it will avenge the lost's untimely death and allow them to join them in the afterlife.
I should have died, not Levi. I'm the weak one, so why didn't I die? Levi has saved me multiple times but I couldn't save them the one time they needed saving. My guts telling me to escape but my hearts telling me to stay.
