"What do you prefer to eat?" Jaxxon asked while the seller is waiting for us to tell him what we want to buy. "Chocolate or vanilla icecream?" he added.

"Kahit ano," I answered briefly.

Jaxxon decided to buy me a vanilla icecream while his icecream is chocolate. Ilang beses ko siyang sinulyapan nang makalayo na kami sa tindahan at pabalik na sa bahay. Bigla lang sumagi sa isipan ko na magpapasama pala siya, sabi niya. Kani-kanina, 'di ko man lang naisip iyong pagpapili niya sa akin ng icecream!

"Ano 'to, Jaxx?" I arched a brow when I asked him that. "Sabi mo, magpapasama ka?"

"Yeah," he simply answered and licked his icecream. "Nagpasama akong bumili ng icecream?" patanong niyang sabi.

"Icecream?" I chuckled. "Hindi na tayo bata, Jaxx, para mag-icecream pa."

"Bakit? Para lang ba sa mga bata ang icecream?" he fired back. "Why don't you just thank me for buying you one?"

Ngumuso ako, nagpigil ng ngiti dahil sa kasungitan niya ngayon. Ano, Jaxx? Ang sungit mo, ah? Mayroon ka ba ngayon?

"I am just kidding, baby," malambing kong sabi at sinimulan nang kainin ang icecream ko.

May dumaan na cart na nagbebenta ng homemade na fish ball kaya naisipan din ni Jaxx na bumili para sa kaniya at para sa akin. I was smiling the whole time. Kumakain kami ni Jaxx habang naglalakad pauwi.

After the scene earlier, he did not hesitate to throw out Cynthxia from the house. I don't know if I should be happy about it.. but I don't understand why I pity her. Hindi ko talaga alam kung gusto niya ba talaga si Jaxx, mahal niya, o siguro gusto niya lang ito maging ama ni Chyro dahil nangungulila ang anak niya sa ama nito?

Somehow, I am proud of her for raising her child alone. Being a single mom is not easy. Cheers to those single mothers who never given up raising their children. They are strong and brave enough. They are proving that women can raise their children without a father, without a men, without anyone with them. I salute those single mothers, they are so strong. They should be praised for being brave.

Kaya siguro uhaw sa atensyon ni Jaxx si Cynthxia kasi pagod na siyang magpalaki sa anak niya nang mag-isa? Kaya naghahanap siya ngayon ng magiging ama para sa anak niya? Speaking of the father.. who was the father of her child?

"Jaxx.. alam mo ba kung sino ang papa ni Chyro?" I couldn't hold my curiosity and asked that to him.

Umiwas lang siya sa tingin. "I don't know.."

Naningkit ang mga mata ko. "Are you sure it wasn't you, Jaxx? Sigurado kang hindi mo anak si Chyro?"

"Yes, Zani, I am sure. Why are you doubting me?" iritado niyang sabi.

"Iisa lang 'yan sa dalawa, eh," I said. "It's between you know who is his father or you are the father."

He sighed, surrendering now. "Fine.. I know who is his father. Kami lang ni Cynthxia ang may alam niyon."

I tilted my head a bit. "Who is it then? Hm?"

"Zani, it wasn't our problem---"

"Ano'ng problem na pinagsasabi mo riyan? I am asking who is the father, Jaxx. Bakit napunta sa problem-problem na 'yan ang usapan?"

"Dahil alam kong proproblemahin mo pa ang ama ni Chyro," logic niyang sagot.
