The next day:
Avneet was reading a book peacefully... she heard that Asmit was going somewhere for the next two days and she was happy for that.

While on the other hand, Siddharth somehow managed to jump on her balcony.
He was carrying the watermelon with him.
The door had transparent glass and he could see her, lying and reading a book.
He scrutched his neck.

Sid- I hope you will like it...
He silently opened the door but he was too lost in her, that he didn't realize he had slammed the door instead of gently closing it.
He clicked his tongue and scolded the door mentally.

Hearing the sudden sound Avneet closed her book and turned towards the direction of her door.
She saw the same guy standing there with a watermelon.

Her eyes widened. She stood up and went to him.

Avu- Wait, its you again! What are you doing here?
Sid- I...

Avu- Do you even know how risky it is? Do you know who owns this place? Are you out of your mind that you climbed my balcony? Do you...

He was just staring at her... it seemed as if he forgot to blink.

Avu- Are you even listening to me?
She waved her hand.

Avu- I am asking you to leave... Its dangerous, go from here!

Just then there was a knock to her main door. Her heart skipped a beat. It was the lunch time and she knew Asmit had come to her.

Avu- Oh no! YOU!
She pulled him to her closet.

Avu- Stay here without noises! I will kill you if you dare to move!
She closed her closet leaving a little gap for the air to pass.

She opened the door and Asmit came in with a wicked smile.

Siddharth came back to his senses. He was mesmerized seeing her so closely...she was talking to him....
And uff...how cutely she was scolding him.

Asmit sat on the bed and tore the piece of roti to feed her, but she refused.
Siddharth could see everything from the little gap.

Asmit- So you won't eat?
Avu- I...I am n...not hungry...

He held her cheeks roughly.
Asmit- You have already learnt to talk back now.

He kept the tray of food and held her arms to which she winched in pain.

Asmit- Do whatever you want, Just two days... You will be mine...

He smirked and left the room.
Avneet closed the door as tears brimmed down her cheeks. She couldn't even think of what would happen to her after he returns from his work.
Asmit has waited a lot, and now he wouldn't go gentle.

Siddharth's blood boiled seeing Asmit's behavior to Avneet.
He dared to touch her. He held her so roughly that she witnessed pain.

Siddharth came out of the closet. Avneet looked at him with teary eyes.

He walked closer as she looked down. He wiped her tears, feeling her soft cheeks.
She looked up at him and he shook his head, indicating her not to cry.

Sid- Tears doesn't suit you...
His voice, his tone and his assuring eyes calmed her unknowingly.

Avu- Who are you? And why are you here...

Siddharth gave her the watermelon.
Sid- For now, just trust and wait for me. I will free you from here.

He went towards the balcony.
Sid- We will meet soon.

And he jumped off. Her eyes widened. She ran to her balcony. She couldn't see him...

"Oh Lord! I hope he didn't break his bones!"
She prayed.

She walked in and held the watermelon.

Avu- I don't know who you are, but I will wait for you to come and free me from here. Please...come soon.
__________

Siddharth went to Asmit with an innocent face.

Sid- BOSS!
Asmit looked at him with irritation.

Asmit- What now?
Sid- I wanted that big box from you.

Asmit- Huh?
Sid- I wanted that cardboard box from you. Well...

He scratched his neck shyly.
Sid- You are aware of the fact that I don't have a home...my home is my truck...so I wanted that big box. I really need it.

He said pointing towards a box on the second floor.

Asmit- Your eyes traveled till there!

Sid- Don't mind boss, I was just searching for you to ask a day off when I saw you in the stairs...and that is when my eyes landed on that box. Please my dear boss, say yes?

Asmit rolled his eyes.
Asmit- Yeah yeah you can take that. Also, I will be out of town for the next two days, and currently I don't have any place for you to barge in, so until I contact you, it's your holidays.

Siddharth left from there dancing. He would take the box the next day.

Sid- Did I really hold her cheeks? How soft she is...and, she is so cute. She was constantly scolding me for going up there, as its dangerous. She doesn't know me yet she cares for me...

He held his chest while smiling like a maniac.

Sid- She hid me inside her closet... she could also have reported me to that oldie Asmit... She is so beautiful and kind.
