The trio of Team 7 were still celebrating their defeat of Kakashi until Lady Tsunade decided to make her appearance.
Tsunade: Great job you guys, you really proved yourselves today
Taiyo: Thank you Lady Tsunade
Sakura: I appreciate the compliment, master
Naruto: It was nothing, granny
Tsunade: Now that Team 7 is back, it is time for a change, Kakashi get up
The scarecrow man got up from his inner turmoil, but still looked very depressed.
Tsunade: As of today, you are now known as Team Kakashi and you will start doing missions starting tomorrow
Trio: Yes, ma'am
Kakashi: (Depressed) Aye aye
The Hokage disappeared in a puff of smoke, leaving the quartet alone.
Taiyo: Hey Kakashi
Kakashi: Huh?
Naruto: That ending was fake
Sakura: It was to make you lose your guard
Kakashi: (Perks up happily) So that means I can still enjoy it, wooooppeeeeee! (Clears throat) You guys are dismissed for now, see ya later (disappears)
(Later)
It was now nighttime in the village and the trio were walking through the streets.
Naruto: (Looks at Sakura) Hey Sakura, you wanna go out on a date?
Sakura: (Smiles) You know what, sure let's go
Taiyo: (Smirks) So you're finally accepting his offer, well I better excuse myself and let you two crazy kids be alone, hehehehehehe
The two laughed at their friend's antics.
(At a certain someone's window)
Taiyo landed on a rooftop and saw someone in the window, it was Ino. He knocked on the glass a few times before she looked up and smiled, she opened the window and Taiyo came tumbling in.
Taiyo: Hey gorgeous
Ino: (Blushes) Hi handsome, what are you doing here?
Taiyo: I wanted to stop by and see you
Ino: (Smirks) Well you've seen me, so now what are going to do?
Taiyo: This (approaches her and kisses her)
The two kissed passionately and they sat on her bed, they separated for air a few minutes after.
Taiyo: Man, sometimes I feel like that can't get better, but it does
Ino: I'm just that good, aren't I?
Taiyo: (Smirks) You kissing other guys behind my back?
Ino: Nope, just my pillow for practice besides you're my first and only boyfriend
Taiyo: Good (kisses her again)
The two make out for a few minutes until they separate and go to bed still holding each other.
(Next Morning)
Taiyo opens his eyes and instantly smiles when he sees Ino still sleeping beside him, he brushes a stray hair out of her eye which causes her to wake up and smile as well.
Ino: (Yawns) Good morning, babe
Taiyo: Morning, sunshine. So that was our first time sleeping in the same bed, huh?
Ino: I guess so, we can always do it again if you want to
Taiyo: Definitely. (Gets up) I really hate to leave you, but I have to go home and get changed then meet up with my team
Ino: (Gets up) Alright sweetie, see you later
Taiyo: See you later
They both lean in and kiss each other then Taiyo leaves.
(In the Hokage Tower)
Taiyo walks in through the door and sees his teammates, but didn't see Kakashi anywhere so he assumed he stayed up all night and read the entire book.
Naruto: Hey Taiyo, what's up buddy?
Taiyo: Oh nothing much, just ready for some boring missions
???: And where were you, last night?
Taiyo turned around and saw Kakashi standing really close to him.
Kakashi: You didn't come home last night (Kakashi invited Taiyo to live with him)
Taiyo: I was out
Kakashi: Did you see a certain someone last night?
Taiyo: (Embarrassed) I don't know what you're talking about
Kakashi: (Glares) You two didn't do "anything" did you?
Taiyo: No!
Kakashi: (Hugs him) Oh my boy is finally growing up!
Taiyo: (Tries to get out of hug) You idiot, I didn't do anything!
Everyone smiled at the scene in front them as they knew about the bond the two had.
Naruto: (Smirks) I guess it's some father-son bonding time
Taiyo: (Angry) Shut up, you dumbass!
Tsunade: (Receives letter from Shizune) All right everyone enough! The mission I have for you is serious!
Taiyo: (Gets away from Kakashi) What do you mean?
Tsunade: Gaara of the Sand has been captured by the Akatsuki
Taiyo and Naruto: What?!
Sakura: Oh no
Tsunade: We just received a decoded message that Gaara was attacked in his village last night and taken by two members of the Akatsuki
Naruto: We have to save him now!
Taiyo: Please send us out!
Tsunade: Calm down, you are tasked with leaving the village and meeting up with Temari then heading towards the Sand Village. Now dismissed!
(Outside of the village gates)
Kakashi: All right is everyone ready?
Trio: Yes!
Jiraiya: Hey Naruto before you go, don't use that "technique"
Naruto: Right!
Jiraiya: (Looks at Taiyo) Hey kid, I heard you got lucky last night
Taiyo: (Glares at Kakashi) I really hate you
Kakashi: (Eye smiles) I love you too, kid
Jiraiya: But seriously kid, can you and Kakashi keep an eye on Naruto?
Taiyo: Consider it done, Jiraiya-Sensei!
Naruto: All right guys, let's go save Gaara!
Taiyo: I'm with you, man!
