The next day in the Team 7 training ground we find Taiyo and Naruto standing in front of Kakashi.
Kakashi: Alright Naruto, I'm gonna explain to you how you can create a new jutsu
Naruto: (Excited) Please tell me!
Kakashi: You need to learn how to change the form of your chakra and then apply your nature element to that change. First, please make a Rasengan
Naruto: Gotcha! (Crosses fingers) Shadow Clone Jutsu!
Naruto makes a clone of himself and then they both start making the Rasengan.
Kakashi: Good, now the Rasengan is the perfect form of changing chakra, the compression and formation really shows it. This should be easy for you if you know your chakra nature
Naruto: (Embarrassed) Uh funny story, I don't know my chakra nature
Kakashi: (Sighs) Let's start from the beginning, there are five nature elements; Fire, Wind, Earth, Water, and Lightning. I will demonstrate by using my Chidori because my element is lightning
Kakashi pours chakra into the palm of his and then applies the lightning element to it, therefore creating the Chidori.
Naruto: Woah that's so cool! (Realizes something) So that must mean Sasuke has two nature elements because he was able to use fire and lightning jutsu
Taiyo: That's about the gist of it, some ninja overtime gain the ability to use two or more nature elements, if their skilled enough
Naruto: That's really cool too! So what's my nature element?!
Kakashi: (Hands him a paper) Take this paper
Naruto: (Takes the paper) What's this supposed to do?
Taiyo: This is a special type of chakra paper that is used to detect your nature element. Fire will burn the paper, Water will wet the paper, Earth will crumble the paper, Wind will cut the paper, and Lightning will wrinkle the paper
Kakashi: Exactly, now focus your chakra in the paper
Naruto: Right!
Naruto concentrates really hard and after a couple of seconds he stops, the teen looks at the paper and sees that it's ripped in half.
Naruto: I have wind!
Taiyo: Cool, wind types are real rare
Kakashi: I know just the person for that
Naruto: (Looks at Taiyo) What's your element, Taiyo?
Taiyo: (Grabs paper) My element is Fire and Yang Style, which makes Solar Style
Naruto: Awesome!
???: What's going on here?
The three look behind to see Yamato approaching them.
Taiyo: Hey Cap, what's up?
Yamato: Hey guys
Naruto: What's your nature element, Captain Yamato?
Yamato: My nature elements are Water and Earth
Naruto: Does that mean you have a Kekkai Genkai?
Taiyo: Yeah, his nature elements combine and make Wood Style. Remember Haku, he could use Ice because he had Water and Wind
Naruto: Nature elements are so cool! Uh not to be rude, but what's Captain Yamato doing here?
Yamato: I'm here to help you at Kakashi's request
