Chasing your love

CHAPTER 34

"It's bothering me Samantha,"  bungad ni Ezekiel sakin ng makauwi kami.

"What's bothering you?" 

"My parents." 

"Why?" Tanong ko.

"Let's meet my parents," seryosong saad niya.

"Gusto ko ipakilala sa magulang ko na may anak ako sayo." Pagpapatuloy niya.

"They saw Jasper earlier at my mall. I have store inspection, then I saw them. Hindi ko sila nilapitan at pinanood ko kung anong magiging reaksyon nila sa bata, then, I saw them smiling. Nevertheless, they want a grandchild from me,"  Ani niya.

"They want a grandchild. Pero gusto ba nila na ako ang ina?" Nag aalangan kong tanong. 

"Of course they will. They know how much I love you."  Sambit niya.

"Si tito? Hindi ba siya galit sa akin?" Tanong ko.

"He's not. My parents are not mad at you. I know you're not ready to face my family for now and I understand that," Sabi niya.

His family? Am I ready?

"You can take your time thinking about what I've said. Gusto ko handa ka pag hinarap natin sila," saad niya.

Alam kong may ginawa si daddy kay tito before, but they are good na right? I can face Grayson's without guilt, right? But am I ready? What if they don't like children from me? Hindi ko kakayanin. I sighed.

"What if they don't like Jasper? Anong gagawin mo?" Tanong ko sa kanya.

"They can dislike me but not my son." Madiin niyang sabi.

"I'm saying this because I can't hide Jasper from them. I know my mommy had feelings when she first saw Jasper."

" Besides, I want you to move to my penthouse. Ang penthouse na iyon ay madalas kasing puntahan ng magulang ko dahil doon ako namamalagi, kaya gusto ko kayo lipat na sakin. Sa bahay ko, masyadong malaki iyon para sakin lang. Besides ayoko kayo rito, gusto ko sa isang bahay na lang tayo." 

"We are family," bulong niya at niyakap ako.

I have Ezekiel. Kakayanin ko naman hindi ba? Para kay Jasper.

"Okay, let's meet them. Let's meet your parents." Seryosong sabi ko.

"Are you sure? I told you, you can take your time to think about this" Saad niya.

"Four years have passed, I think I can face them as long as you're beside me" malambing na saad ko.

"I'll always be by your side." Sagot nito at niyakap ako. 

"Promise, they will accept and love Jasper like how I accept and love him." Bulong niya.

"Hindi sila galit sayo love. Hinding hindi sila magagalit sa babaeng dahilan ng pagbangon ko. If they are, I won't hesitate to cut them in my life. I treasure my family, yes, I love them, yes. But now it's different, because I have my own family. I will protect and treasure you both. I love you both."  Bulong nito.

Oh God, I love this man.

"Kailan mo balak harapin natin sila?" Tanong ko habang pinaglalaruan nito ang buhok ko.
