Okay, friends--part 2 of Keefe's POV of Legacy 18 is coming your way in about twelve hours. But in the meantime...I could use some feedback!

I mentioned a while back that Wattpad stories hit their limit at 200 chapters. I only have a few chapters left (I know, I know, I'm wasting a chapter on this instead of a real update). I intended to just start another one ("Oneshots, etc: part 2" or some other equally un-clever title) and pick up where I left off.

I know some of you have mentioned how hard it is to find a specific chapter you're wanting to revisit. I'm trying to figure out what to do moving forward. I keep thinking "I'm almost done, there's not that much left to write" and then I get more ideas--sometimes on my own, sometimes from reader suggestions--so I don't know how hard it'll be if the next book ends up with that many chapters too. So I have a few options:

1) Just keep going as I intended. Since I decided to back everything up on Archive of Our Own, I organized that into different works and am backing up each chapter into whatever category it fits into, such as "After Stellarlune Bonus Chapters" or "Keefe POVs", etc. You don't have to have a username for Ao3 to read or even comment on my stories, so if you wanted to find a specific chapter, you could go to that site and find me under this same username. To be perfectly honest, this would be easiest for me with my limited time to dedicate to writing.

2) Start multiple different works here in Wattpad, and instead of consistently updating in one book, there would be a few different ones and who knows which one is getting updated when 🤣. As long as you're following me, I believe Wattpad should notify you any time I post a chapter across different books. My only question with this is if it'll also be confusing, because readers may not know if a specific Keefe POV is in the Keefe POV book or in this collection. It's also possible you might miss a chapter somewhere if I'm posting across several books.

3) One way to help #2 be slightly less confusing would be if I were to take the time to duplicate all 200 chapters so that they're still here with all the original comments, but also available with the other chapters in their category. That would maybe be a bit cleaner for the readers' sakes, but is a LOT of extra work for me and feels a bit redundant. I already have over 30 drafts saved in the next collection--some of which are already written, others are merely the prompt and the username, when applicable, of who suggested it. I'd have to reorganize all of those as well. However, I know the current approach is more confusing for those strictly reading on Wattpad, so I am trying to figure out what to do.

Thoughts?

Suggestions?

Compliments?

Okay, I'm kidding about that last one. I really just need to make up my mind on what to do moving forward!!
