when you think negative in a situation, you feel as if whatever you're thinking is right...then you start overthinking...what you have to do is, leave room for believing that you can't think, you are cognitively challenged..destroy your self esteem so much that you doubt your overthinking itself...tell yourself that you're not capable of over thinking because you are so retarded..you're so fragile of a person that you cannot overthink...that you cannot even think...you are cognitively challenged....
