"Dude, It's the biggest night of the year, it's the Terrence and Philip Reunion Show in Denver! Come on man, Kyle got us all tickets to go!"

Kenny sighed, "I know I know, but my baby mamas bailed on me. Both of them aren't available that weekend to watch the kids and I just can't leave them all by themselves."

Kenny was thirty-five and a father of six by two different women. Despite the alarming number of babies, he was no deadbeat dad. he was a very involved father and did everything he could to provide for them with his well-paying job as a restaurant owner.

Unlike his married friends, Kyle and Stan, Kenny didn't make time for romantic relationships. His family always came first.

He and his friends were regulars at Skeeter's Wine Bar where you bartended at. After a few years, you had become relatively close with them. The atmosphere at the bar was very relaxed and facilitated conversations Kenny wouldn't normally say any place else. You felt like you knew him more than any other girl would.

And you knew that Guys' night was very important to him. It was the one night of the month when he was free of responsibilities.

"Fuck. Sorry guys I won't be able to make it. I'll never find someone to watch them last minute."

"I can," You slide him the PBR he asked for and continued washing glasses. "I'm off that weekend. I can watch them."

"Hell yeah! See Kenny? You can come now!"

"Hold on a minute," Kenny leans forward with his drink in his hand and an eyebrow raised, "You're telling me you want to spend your Saturday night babysitting?"

"Why not? It'll be good practice."

He smiles and takes a sip, "You want kids?"

There had always been an undeniable sexual tension between you and Kenny. Despite being in his mid-thirties, Kenny looked much younger. He had the kind of sultry and rugged appearance you'd always been attracted to. His devotion to his family only made him hotter.

"Maybe I do," you wink.

"Hey, don't harass Y/N, she's only twenty-six. Just because you became a dad at eighteen doesn't mean she should be thinking about that stuff at her age." Kyle scolded him, "And quit flirting, you're supposed to be spending time with us."

"Alright, alright."

The boys get up and head out, each saying their goodbyes to you.

Kenny leans over the bar top, "Come to my place on Saturday night about an hour or two before I leave so I can give you the rundown. You have my number so text me when you're on your way."

He nods and slides you a tip, following the guys out the door.

...

Kenny's house was surprisingly big. It was no mansion but it was certainly a step up from the house he grew up in which was quite literally on the wrong side of the tracks.

"The basement is where my oldest son's room is and this bedroom upstairs is my oldest daughter's. They're teens so they'll be in their rooms most of the night, no need to bother them."

He leads you to the second bedroom upstairs with toys all over the floor and two bunk beds, "This is where the twins sleep."

"You have two sets of twins?"

He beamed crossing his arms proudly, "Yep! They're the youngest so you'll have to keep an eye on them."

He leads you to the last bedroom at the end of the hall, "This is the master bedroom, you can sleep here for the night," he smiles, "at least until I get home tomorrow night."
