Chapter 2: Those Enchanting, Yet Intense Eyes.

The omega had done his morning routine again as it was the start of a new day. He had a hop in his step and a smile on his face. Jeongguk thought today would be better. He could feel it.

So just as he was watering his lovely, gorgeous flowers for their morning drink, Jeongguk smiled as he was turning the sign from closed to open, he saw a moving truck parked by the side of the road by the vacant building; which had people walking in and out of.

His eyes skimmed over all the faces he didn't recognise, which was three, till his eyes stopped, his smile drops as his eyes went wide. He locked eyes with the most enticing, enchanting, yet so intense and dark looking eyes. Eyes that made his skin prickle with goosebumps and his breath catch in his throat. They were hard, like they held secrets, and they watched with caution. But Jeongguk could see something else, and he did not want to find out what.

Jeongguk took a step back, though slightly staggered before he turned and ran to his desk before hiding behind his computer.

That look. He couldn't get it out of his head. It made his heart race and blood run cold. The more he thought about it, the more he realized that the eyes were from an alpha. Jeongguk froze. It wasn't something he was used to. He's used to the annoyed or even flirtatious looks from past alpha's who came into his shop. But never one that scary.

Jeongguk didn't know how long he had been spaced out for, nor if it was long at all. But he heard the sound of his charming rusty bell and the sounds of laughter from his hyungs and the new residents.

"Jeongguk! Remember I told you yesterday about the new residents?" Namjoon asked as he gestured to the three males who Jeongguk didn't know and Jin, to follow him through the flower shop.

"Y.. yeah.." Jeongguk nodded.

Jeongguk finally took a deep breath as he calmed down, and something had gained his attention. A certain smell that he liked, that would be associated with ice cream or a candle. Vanilla.

"This is Jimin. He's an omega," Namjoon pointed to the shorter of the three. "Yoongi and Taehyung are both alphas." He had pointed at them as he said their names. Yoongi waved at the mention of his name, and Taehyung nodded.

Taehyung. Vanilla. Alpha. Three things are going through Jeongguk's head. Taehyung was the one with the scary, dark gaze that made his skin crawl. But getting a better look at the male now; with his long brown hair tied up at the back and stoic like face, Jeongguk suddenly felt small under his gaze.

"Guys, this is Jeongguk. He owns this flower shop -"

"Oh!" Jimin cut the other off. "He's the one who made us the welcome bouquet, right? It was so beautiful!" He smiled.

"Oh, thank you.." Jeongguk nodded softly as he smiled.

"I'll have to tell my agency about this place, for future events, of course!" Jimin added.

"That'll be lovely!" Jeongguk still had a smile on his face as he tried not to look at the alpha with the amazing, sweet scent. "Jin-hyung, how about we go make drinks for our guests?" He asked the other omega.

"Oh sure! In the back?" He asked, and Jeongguk nodded. "What would you guys like?"

"Oh! An ice tea if you have any, " Jimin replied.

"I'll have a coffee, and Taehyung will have a hot chocolate," Yoongi replied and answered for the other male. "That is.. if you have any.."

"Of course.." Jeongguk nodded. He felt a bit taken back from the choice of drink, compared to how the male looked. He also noticed that Taehyung hadn't spoken a word at all. Jeongguk didn't know if he should take it as the alpha being rude or not.
