However, Amaryllis refused to give them entry into her home, instead just letting her father come to the door for Damon to fix what he'd screwed up.
Although Stefan only came with to ensure that Amaryllis wasn't going to kill, harm, or maim his older brother, as opposed to the few punches she'd thrown before they left the Salvatore Boarding House.
"This is vervain-" Stefan spoke as he held out a pouch of vervain and a small vile of vervain seeds, however, his words paused for a moment when Amaryllis snatched the items out of his hand.
Her aggressive movement caused his voice to scratch for a moment, from him not expecting it, however, his reaction didn't affect Amaryllis as she simply continued to look over what she'd been given.
And seeing that, Stefan didn't even speak up at the action only choosing to ignore it given Amaryllis's more powerful position as of right now.
"You can put some in your dad's food," He continued to explain as Amaryllis looked over the items, before eyeing them distrustfully but not giving them back. "it keeps humans from being compelled, or you can dip some type of jewelry in it, and it'll have the same effect."
Listening to his explanation, Amaryllis simply nodded her head an upset expression still on her face as she glanced between the two of them.
Although no words were spoken, the young hybrid only placed her hand on the door and pushed it, attempting to slam it shut in the two vampire's faces.
Yet the young woman's attempt was quickly thwarted by Stefan forcing the tip of his shoe over the boundary line of her door, no more of his body being allowed through.
Neither of them had permission to enter the Lexington Household, so the vampiric teen tried his best to keep the door open when he couldn't even enter the house.
"Woah, wait you can't ju-" He spoke as he wedged open the door with his foot, keeping it from slamming it their faces.
They still had a lot of questions that needed answers.
