Even as Elena quickly put on a pitiful face leaning against the table as if she hadn't just attempted to make a choice that would effect the lives of so many, given the fact that all her friends were effectively hiding her from Klaus.
No telling what the serial killing original would do when he find out they were trying to keep him away from her, killing quite a few people including his brother.
Then there was Elijah's reaction to Amaryllis, something the young half-breed could only hope was a solitary reaction and not something that the original pair would have in common.
"What are you doing?" Rose angrily insisted with an eyebrow raised as she followed after Elena, completely confused on exactly what she was trying to accomplish other than getting herself and who knows else killed.
The vampire quickly remembering Amaryllis snarky words from before about the pathologically lying human, and it was only now that she began to truly see the light in her words.
"The bitch is trynna be a martyr is what she's doing." Amaryllis, herself quickly spoke up as she had been standing partially behind Rose, also glaring over toward a sad-looking Elena.
Acting as if she hadn't just made the most idiotic mistake of any of their lives by attempting to give herself away to an immortal homicidal blood sucking vampire.
Who's, to which Amaryllis couldn't stop mentally adding, original vampire brother may or may not have been murdered by not only her self-proclaimed protectors, but her entire friend group.
"It's either me or my family." Elena admitted softly as she looked between the two other women in the room, expecting some kind of pity from either of them.
However with Rose already knowing the length Klaus would take to obtain her, and Amaryllis only able to see the factors of Elena's plans that would ultimately lead to someone, most likely not Elena, in harms way.
