Toothless pov

Flying into the training area me and hiccup land as we see barf, belch, ruff and tuff all running from a very angry y/n who was chasing after them.

y/n : "GET BACK HERE YOU WASTE OF SPACE!!!!"

Barf, Belch, ruff and tuff :"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

As y/n says that the twins and their dragon quickly run out of the arena and rush all around the edge with y/n close behind.

Hiccup : "what happened?! We were gone for five minutes."

Toothless : "That's what I was going to say."

Fishlegs : "the twins dumped a bunch of water on the big guy and he got angry at them and started chasing them."

Hiccup : "oh for the love of thor!!! Come on, we have to try to stop him before he hurts itself or the twins."

As hiccup says that the gang get on there dragons and we fly after the twins and y/n. Me and hiccup are the first one's to catch up to the twins and y/n. y/n was fast for their size and was quickly gaining on the twins, despite that the twins knew the edge better and were evading their attacks thanks to that.

Toothless : "what are you doing!?!"

y/n :" killing the ones who dumped water on me!!!"

Toothless : "IT WAS A JOKE!!! A bad one, yes but that's no reason to kill them!!!"

As i said that y/n began to slow down seemingly thinking about something before finally coming to a halt and speaking.

y/n : "what is a... joke?"

Looking at y/n confused i landed and thought about how to explain it to them. As i did that, the rest of the gang caught up and surrounded us to prevent more harm to the edge.

Hiccup : "I don't know what you said to the big guy bud but whatever it was seemed to work."

Snotlout : "I told you!!! That thing is too dangerous to be kept here!"

Hearing that y/n let out a low growl in response to what snotlout said

Hiccup : " not right now snotlout... we'll talk about this more later, right now Toothless managed to calm them down for right now at least. So let's just get them back to the training arena and then we can talk about this more."

Snotlout : "fine."

And with that we lead y/n back to the training area. Astrid offered to stay and watch y/n so that they don't do anything else destructive while the rest of the gang went to the clubhouse to talk about what to do. I decided to stay with Stormfly and Astrid so I could help keep an eye on y/n.

Stormfly : "Why did you do that!? You could have killed them!!!"

y/n : "that was the point."

Stormfly : "... YOU CAN'T JUST DO THAT!!!"

Toothless : "she's right y/n. You can't do that kind of stuff, the twins are idiots but they're a part of the team and while they're irritating you said that you would give humans a chance. That includes them."

y/n : "... fine... I suppose I see your point..."

Stormfly : "Good. I'm sure you scared the snot out of Barf and Belch."

y/n : "yes..."

Over with the gang at the club house (hiccup pov)

The gang was talking about what they would do about what just happened.

Hiccup : "no we can't just drop them off on some random island snotlout. Dagur would find them and probably try to weaponize them and use them to kill us all. We'll just have to work harder to train them so that this doesn't happen again."

Snotlout : "Ok then, so what should we do?!"

Fishlegs : "maybe we should try to acclimate them to each of us in a peaceful setting. That way it might not be as temperamental."

Hiccup : "good idea Fishlegs. We should try that today."

After that the team decided that me and Toothless should try Fishlegs' plan first and so I walked down to the training arena.

Astrid : "So what's the plan?"

Hiccup : "Well, fishlegs suggested that we try one on one training to get the big guy acclimated."

Astrid : "not a bad idea."

Walking over to toothless and stormfly who were watching a sleeping y/n. I pet toothless on his head causing him to let out a small warble in happiness.

Hiccup : "alright, let's get to work bud."
