It has been a few weeks since Cham and Kamsin attacked and tainted Steve with that wretched virus and things have been rather slow... when the riders and dragons were not resting or healing they were trying to repair what damage cham and the metal head had done nearly causing a few more accidents in the process but thankfully myself, Ama and rather surprisingly Heather and Windshear had been aiding in the reconstruction, along with my nest and its hut which made me extremely happy to actual have somewhere to finally call mine once again. The cat, as I had assumed, was hiding when the metal head and kam attacked and came out a day or so later. During our little reconstruction I asked Windshear where Heather and her had gone and she said they were "getting supplies", they were clearly leaving something out but I did not wish to pry further. Today however, since the riders and dragons were feeling better and could now fly, Hiccup decided to start gathering materials for the edges defense, mainly boulders for the catapults. Toothless fired some plasma blasts into the side of a rock wall causing a large boulder to fall off which Meatlug caught in her mouth happily.

Hiccup : "hah! Good Great shooting bud! Perfect for the catapults."

Fishlegs : "Nice catch girl! Your athleticism is nothing short of breathtaking."

As he said that Meatlug started licking Fishlegs before she accidentally dropped the boulder she was carrying into the water.

y/n / Strax : "OH FOR THE LOVE OF FATALIS!!! That's the fourth time today!!!!"

Meatlug : "sorry y/n! We'll try not to do that again."

y/n / Strax : "you said that the last ti- *sigh* fine, so be it."

Turning my attention back to what I was doing I fired a volley of dragon bolts into the rockside which proceeded to crack and break the rocks before creating a rockslide. I simply stepped to the side before the other dragons started to grab the rocks, while meatlug and fishlegs grabbed a rock they looked away from me and started whistling as i followed them with my gaze for a bit before grabbing a few boulders myself and flying up to the catapults and dropping them in. Suddenly I heard an explosion which made me whip my head around to see what had caused it, but to my relief and annoyance it was the twins making the explosion.

Ruffnut : "a little to the right."

Tuffnut : "Now go down, down! Yes! Perfect. Uh, nice shot. Hit it again!""

Ruffnut : "whoa!!! Hmm... what do you think?"

Tuffnut : "I think we need to chisel the jawlines more. Make them more, in and of our visage."

Ruffnut : "agreed."

Just before they could continue, Snotlout and Hookfang flew over to them with some rocks that were in a net they were carrying.

Snotlout : "could you guys do something that's actually important."

y/n / Strax : "for once i agree, besides, the jawline isn't the only thing that needs work."

Barf : "and how would you know?"

y/n / Strax : "one I'm looking at it two... I've my own hobbies aside from flying."

As I say that the dragons pause for a moment before looking over to me as the humans continued their conversation.

Meatlug/Stormfly : "Wait, you can sculpt?"
