*Y/n / Strax pov*

It's been a few days since the hunter arrived at the edge along with his Palico and they have been pest's to say the least... constantly observing Ama, Steve, i and the other dragons, seldom allowing us a moment's peace... today however they pair has left us all alone so far, allowing us to have a bit of rest... until Hiccup came and rounded everyone up to help make Gronckle iron and using it to fortify the edge's defense's in the early morning. Admittedly it was a pleasant change of pace that was fairly calming to me. Meatlug and Fishlegs were producing the metal, Hookfang and Snotlout were tempering the metal with Hookfangs fire, Barf belch and the twins were smoothing the metal out with their heads, Stormfly Astrid and i were welding the metal onto the edge's defenses, Ama was stealing a few pieces for the Nesto and Toothless, Hiccup and Steve were bringing in more resources for Meatlug to turn into Gronkle iron. As the time stretched on it eventually became midday and I had to admit... This was beginning to tire me out, and I seemingly wasn't the only one as everyone regrouped at a sea stack, everyone looking very tired.

Fishlegs : "uhh... Hiccup, I think Meatlug might be ready for a break. She's starting to lose her gag reflex."

Snotlout : "guess the 'perfect little machine' isn't so perfect after all."

Fishlegs : 'have you checked your dragon. The giant oven doesn't look too perky either."

Snotlout : "huh?"

As Snotlout said that Hookfang let out a long sigh as he collapsed to the floor shooting a small stream of fire that almost hit Barf and Belch.

Barf and Belch : "HEY WATCH IT!"

Spraying some of their explosive gas at Hookfang and Snotlout, it exploded making some fire almost hit Stormfly.

Stormfly : "HEY!"

Who then in response shot some of her spines at the twins pinning them to a tree, upside down eliciting a chuckle from me, however that quickly vanished as Toothless roared at Stormfly angrily.

Toothless : "hey! Not cool, Stormfly!"

y/n / Strax and Stormfly : "Pardon!? / Excuse me!?"

Hiccup : "really you guys too?"

As he said that, Toothless chased Stormfly to where the others were making me flare my jets in irritation. Letting out an irritated sigh Hiccup seemingly had enough of the bickering himself and took a few steps forwards before speaking.

Hiccup : "all right! Dragons, to your corners!"

Begrudgingly relenting everyone took a few steps away from one another while I simply laid down, letting out a huff of irritation in the process.

Tuffnut : "Hey, Hiccup, did you know that upside down, you actually have a metal arm instead of a metal leg?"

Using one of my wings I fired a bolt of dragon element at the tree, which quickly tore through the tree like paper making it fall and release the twins.

Hiccup : "what is going on around here!?"

Astrid : "Hiccup, we've been working really hard on these reinforcement walls. Everyone is just tired, look at the dragons."
