Few days later..

Vedika (Sidharth's friend, who is visiting India after a while as mentioned in earlier chapters) is coming for dinner tonight..

Sidharth calls up Sana but can't get through as she has been keeping very busy in the kitchen for the dinner..

Ruhi comes rushing there...
"Masi! Bhaiya is calling you since forever! Where is your phone?!"

"Hayee! Charge nehi tha na! I left it in my room..he must be very angry!"

"I will dial his number..baat kar lijiye.."..Ruhi suggests..

"Haan Haan dial kar na baby.."..she requests..

Ruhi passes her phone to Sana..

"Hello?"..he receives..

"Haan ji? You called?! I am so sorry, I left it on charge!"

"Why don't you put it on charge at night?!"..he asks annoyingly..

"Sorry na! Ab batao, kya baat karni thi?"

"Sana I hate it when you don't take my calls!"..he is still annoyed..

"Areh baba! Did I do it intentionally? Nehi na?!"

He remains quiet..

"Achha chalo ab batao, kya baat hai?"..she asks again..

"Koi baat nehi hai..aise hi..just felt like checking on you.."..he replies..

"Achawww? Checking or you just wanted to hear me?!"..she asks playfully..

"Ek hi baat hai!"..he replies..

"Bilkul nehi! Checking means you are concerned if I am okay! On the other hand, if it's the other way round, as in you felt like talking to me, then you know what it means!"..she giggles..

She doesn't fail to switch on his mood in seconds! He smirks eventually..
"Intelligent baatein karne lagi ho! Great! Sangat ka asar hai shayed!"

"Jih nehi! Main pehle se intelligent thi! Baas aap hi mujhe gadhi samajhte ho!"

He laughs gently..
"Nehi baby..aisi baat nehi hai! You are a blessing!"

"Awww..! Aur kabhi kabhi na aap kuch zyada hi cute ban jate ho!"

"Hmm..achha suno, aaj last day hai na for those medicines you have been taking for the cycle?"

"Areh wah Sidharth! Aap ko yaad hai?! I am impressed!"

"Ofcourse yaad hai! Aur yeh bhi yaad hai that you will have your periods within 2/3 days after discontinuation. Moreover, yaad hai na that according to your doctor, you might feel a little uneasy after the instant discontinuation..so I was worried.."

"Areh nehi..I am still okay..aur yeh hormone tablets prescribe hi tou karte hai to correct the missed or repeated cycles..so don't worry, I am absolutely fine.."

"You will have to be fine because you have no other choice! Always!"...he affirms..

"Ek baat bataiye Sidharth, I have cooked all regular breakfast for you this morning! Didn't add any extra sugar anywhere! Then how come you are being so sweet suddenly?!"

"Cheesy!"..he laughs..

"Hehehe.."...they both share a laughter...

"Achha chalo main ab rakhti hoon..cooking bhi khatam karni hai.."

"Hmm..I will try to come back early..chalo dhyaan rakhna..byee.."

"Haan don't worry..bye.."..she hangs up..
