I'm glad to hear you'll keep painting. The painting you did of me buoyed my spirits. Each painting you do reminds me of the potential art has to move people. It's impossible now, but the time for me to paint again is coming soon.

P.S. I figured out a way to get the alcohol past Miss Staverly. I'll put bottles of sparkling apple juice on the table and make sure we only give her that. Everyone else can have sparkling wine if they want it! Not students, of course...
