Hitting powerful notes after the other, the Genius Musician is at it again, proving everyone why she deserves that title. If everyone's eyes were closed during Asami's performance of Niccolo Paganini's Cantabile, no one could even close their mouths with the emotional yet deep playing of Akane Sai's version of Vittorio Monti's Czardas. What made her performance astounding was the transition in the middle where the gentle and relaxing music turned fast paced and wild from the middle. It is safe to say that the seventh performer slayed the night and the second competition once again.

Everyone doesn't have to wait for the announcement of results to know who will place first. That's just how powerful and precise the genius is in the world of music. Yes, even Sarina and the rest already assumed Asami's standing in selection two.

"Ami-chan? Ami-chan, it's me. Please open this and let's talk." Called Sarina who has been knocking at Asami's personal changing room for almost five minutes now. Behind her are three bored boys who seemed like they have some kind of Bluetooth signal for having the same thoughts. Women drama.

"Ami-chan, please...you don't have to think about it anymore, okay? Please. Just talk to me." she added before turning to Rindou's direction who has his hands inside his pockets with a blank expression. How enthusiastic of him.

Just when they thought she would spend another minute talking to a door, someone spoke.

"I can't stop thinking about it, okay? I had it. I was almost there. I almost beat Akane Sai. I started perfectly. I just had to stupidly make a mistake and I can't stop thinking about it." Sarina sighed silently as a response.

"Ami-chan, no one is perfect. We make mistakes. We will make mistakes. It just so happens that things went in favor of Akane Sai-san. But who knows? Maybe fate and luck will be on your side on the third selection."

"You think I don't know that? I practiced hard just so I could prevent mistakes, Sari-chan." The musician responded. It was what she added next that hit differently.

"Why am I even telling this to you? It's not like you would understand."

"What is that supposed to mean, Ami-chan? I'm not your enemy. I am your best friend. I am on your side." Upon saying that, the door bolted open and what welcomed Sarina is a raging Asami.

"Really?! If you really are on my side, then maybe you should just leave me be."
