Yuvika's POV :
Reaching my car I put all my staff inside & sat on the drivers seat and started crying like a mess,I was heartbroken & extremely disappointed in him. But I didn't let any of his begging took over me & tried to get a hold on myself.
After some time I calmed down a bit & started driving my car. Leaving his house which was once my safe place. It took me almost an hour to reach my apartment. Entering my place everything felt so unfamiliar but the homely feeling & coziness was still there. It's been a year i've left this place just to be with Shrey.
Getting here back is making me more emotional. It would be a lie if I say I didn't missed this place, hell I missed it, all of it. Throwing my bags at a corner of my leaving room I went straight to my bedroom. Numerous pictures of me with my friends & my brother was hanging there but one particular picture caught my attention...Me & Shrey smiling widely looking so happy. Tears streamed down my face as I took the picture in my hand & started caressing it. I sat on the floor as I remember the day, A day which I can never forget...
It was the last day of IPL & KKR won the match. I was cheering for Shrey real bad,,,,After all those long ass ceremonies we finally met
~"Congratulations Mr. Captain...I'm so proud of you" Jumping a little in excitement I exclaimed
~"Thankyou so much Yuvika...I'm very happy that you came even though you had such an busy schedule" Smiling shyly he answered
~"No Shreyas I genuinely enjoys it & also wanted to see you win"
~"Really?"
~"Uhh-Huuhh"
Taking a pause he started at me for a brief moment looking all serious & without breaking the eye contact he spoke
~"Yuvika?"
~"What?"
~"I wanna t-tell you something"
~"Okay go on..."
~"I-i think I, I think l-like y-you" smiling nervously he stated
I was in a utter shock as I couldn't believe what I just heard. I was in my deep thoughts & didn't know what to say!
~"It's okay if you don't feel the sa--"
~"WAIT..I MEAN NOOUU...I just don't know how to react" scratching my head I stated honestly
"Haahh-Haahh-Haahh...Not a big deal, don't stress your lil brain too much" Saying this he started laughing loudly
~"WTF? How dare you called my brain lil?" Saying this I glared at him trying to look mad
~"You look cuter when you're mad"
Hearing him a blush crept on my face as I tried to hide my face being embarrassed & started punching him
~"Sorry Sorry Professor Roy" saying this he pulled me into a hug & kept on laughing but little did I knew I lost my heart to him that day.
Remembering that day a lil smile form on my face but soon it was replaced by a painful sob
~"Why did you do that to me Shrey? I loved you more than anything & I still do...it hurts so much..I can't--"
