28. Funeral

Hunter's POV

When you go to a funeral you have to wear everything black and classy is in wearing a dress that gets over my knees and long sleeved.
It's weird seeing all this folks I used to go to school with...
I squeeze Julian's hand and he pulls me closer to him.
"It's gonna be okay just breath."
And I nod as the priest starts talking. I hear people sniff all around the Church but I keep my head up and I'm not gonna let those people see me cry.

Julian is holding my waist as we walk in the memorial.
"Hunter good to see you thank you for coming."
Gwen stands infront of me her eyes puffy.
"Good to see you to Gwen. I'm so sorry for your loss."
I say and she nods.
"Who is this?"
She asks looking at Julian.
"This is Julian my best friend."
I say and she nods.
"I'm Gwen Joel's mother."
she says offering him her hand.
He looks at me then shakes her hand.
"I'm sorry for you loss."
"Thank you"
She murmurs.
"I found Joel's diary and I think you should have it. "
She says handing me a black book I take it and look at it surprised.
Joel had a diary? He doesn't seem like the type to keep a diary..
"Thank you Gwen."
I say softly.
"He really did love you hunter. Never forget that."
She says and turns around and walks away.
"I never knew he had a diary."
I murmur and Julian looks at me.
"I would read it when we go home. This is not the right time."
He says softly and I nod.
"Your right."
Julian pulls me into his arms and I hide my face in his chest.
"Hunter!"
I hear a girls voice yell at me and I look up and see Chloe and Eve walking toward me.
Eve...
"Hunter! I've missed you so much damn girl are you too good for us now? Can't be bothered to come back home and say hi to your best friends?!"
Chloe says kind of bubbly little bit to bubbly.
She crushes me in a hug and then Eve hugs me awkwardly.
"It's so weird seeing All of this people again and in this circumstances.."
Chloe says and I nod.
Eve is staring at Julian.
I don't like it at all.
"Who's this?"
Chloe asks me.
"I'm Julian."
He says.
"Your boyfriend?"
Eve asks and I glare at her.
"No my best friend so keep your slutty hands off him."
"Hey wow let keep it clean girls! The past is in the past!"
Chloe says coming between me and Eve.
"The past may be in the past but one thing never change is that Eve is a lying cheating whore."
I spit and I can see Eve's anger now.
"Not like your anything better! You smothered him he begged me to fuck him! Because deep down he always knew I was the better choice than you!"
She spits at me pushing Chloe away.
"Your pathetic Eve. It's his fucking funeral and you have nothingness better than to do then talking shit about the dead! Shame."
I say taking Julian's hand turning around and walking away from her slutty ass.

Oliver's POV

Ambers hand is holding mine tightly as we walk into the memorial.
"You ready?"
She says softly and I nod.
"Just get it over with right?"
And we walk inside.
"Oliver!"
I hear gwen's voice shout my name.
I turn around and see her walking over to Us
Her hands wrap around me and she pulls me into a tight hug
"you came Ollie!"
She whispers her voice shaking.
"Ofcourse i came!"
I mutter hugging her back.
She pulls away her eyes watery looking at me smiling at me slightly.
"I feel like in looking at my son when I see you. Like every moment he's about to come and wrap his hand around your neck and you guys start another play fight that I have to stop."
She laughs a bit.
Then looks at Amber.
"Amber I didn't aspect you to come."
She says bit surprised then she sees our hands locked together and smiles.
"I'm glad you finally found a good girl."
She says to me.
I pull Amber closer to me and I can see she's blushing.
"I'm so sorry for your loss Gwen."
She says and Gwen nods.
"Well Ollie I have some stuff back at home for you that you can have if you want And just know your always welcome I've always thought of you as my own and nothing has changed."
She says softly and I nod.
"Well I better get going and talk to the other guests. It was good to see you two."
And she turns around and away from us.
"Ollie my man!"
I hear guys voice say and I look at the group of guys walking our way and Amber squeezes my hand.
"It's so good to see you man! Wasn't sure. If you'd make it"
Luke says and gives me a man hug forcing me to let go of Amber hand.
"Long time no see!"
Jack says giving me a man hug too.
"Seriously I though you've just disappeared from the earth!"
Shawn says..
"Whoa whoa whoa whos that?!"
Jack says
"You look very familiar have I seen you before?"
Luke says.
"Is this your girl?!"
Shawn says.
"Hey Luke,jack and shown yeah Luke you've seen me before yeah shaken I'm his girl so back off and jack in Amber."
See says annoyed and I grin at the annoyed red head next to me.
"Why are you so familiar and how do you know it names?"
Shawn says.
Raising his eyebrows wow we really were jerks back in high school nether f them regonized her..
"I went to high school with you guys!
Wow you really just were blind my popularity weren't you!?"
She says Annoyed looking at all of us.
"Wait what?"
Luke says.
"You went to high school with us?"
Jack asks
I pull her closer to me seeing she's getting pissed.
"I love you"
I whisper into here at and she relaxes her body.
"Hey guys I'll catch up later.."
I say pulling Amber away from them.
Walking outside.
"I'm so pissed of right now! This is why I hate coming back here! Seriously they didn't even fucking remember me! We all went to the same high school for 4 years! 4 fucking years! And it's not like our school was that big! You guys were just bunch of fucking je-"
I cut her off with kissing her pulling her closer to me craving her skin next to mine more than anything.
