Giyuu, Sabito, and Makomo embarked on a journey to meet Yae, the renowned rifle shooter, and her father, Dr. Matazo Makoto. The crisp air of anticipation mingled with the anxiety that clung to them, like a shadow of uncertainty about Sabito's future. Giyuu parked the car as they got out. "Feeling like a brand new person" Sabito commented as he took Makomo's hand.

The trio arrived at the address Kanae had provided, a quaint house surrounded by well-tended gardens. Yae greeted them at the door with a warm smile. "Welcome! You must be Giyuu, Sabito, and Makomo. Kanae told me you'd be coming and I talked to you right Giyuu?" he said "Yes, thank you for helping us" Giyuu said as Dr Matazo shook his hand.

Inside, they found themselves in the presence of Dr. Matazo Makoto, a distinguished figure with a wealth of knowledge. The room was adorned with trophies and medals, a testament to Yae's achievements in the world of rifle shooting. "Woah look at this gun!" Sabito said as he caressed the rifle on the stand. Giyuu stared at the rifle as he remembered it "Right....I killed her father when he turned into a demon with Kocho" he thought as he remembered Shinobu 'I wonder what Kocho is doing right now?'. "That rifle belongs from the Taisho period, so be careful," Yae said to Sabito as he carefully put it back where it belonged.

"Thank you for meeting us," Giyuu said respectfully. "We appreciate your time and expertise."

Dr. Makoto nodded, "Kanae informed me about Sabito's condition. Neurovascular Instability Syndrome is indeed a challenging condition, but we can work together to explore treatment options."

Yae, curious and compassionate, spoke up, "I've read about cases like Sabito's in my father's research. It's not common, but with the right approach, there can be positive outcomes."

The conversation delved into the intricacies of Sabito's symptoms, triggers, and past medical history. Dr. Makoto listened attentively, occasionally jotting down notes. Yae, being familiar with the demands of high-stakes competitions, shared insights into managing stress and maintaining overall well-being.

After a thorough discussion and looking at Sabito's reports, Dr. Makoto outlined a potential treatment plan. "Given the rarity of NIS, the approach is multifaceted. Medications to stabilize blood vessels, lifestyle adjustments, and stress management will be key components."

Sabito, who had been quiet throughout the conversation, finally spoke, "I want to get better. I can't keep burdening Giyuu and Makomo with my condition." Giyuu and Makomo looked at him worried. "Sabito, don't say that!" Giyuu snapped back, his concern etched across his face. "We're in this together, and you're not a burden. We care about you, and we want you to get better."

Makomo nodded in agreement, her eyes reflecting genuine worry. "You're not alone in this, Sabito. We're here to support you every step of the way. Your well-being matters to us."

Sabito, touched by their sincerity, managed a faint smile. "I appreciate it, but I hate feeling like I'm holding you both back."

Giyuu's expression softened as he placed a reassuring hand on Sabito's shoulder. "You're not holding us back, Sabito. We're a team, and we face challenges together. Your health is our priority."

Makomo chimed in, "And remember, seeking help and allowing others to support you doesn't make you weak. It makes you strong."

The room fell into a brief, reflective silence, each member of the group grappling with the emotions stirred by Sabito's vulnerability. Taro, sensing the energy shift, nestled closer to the trio, providing a comforting presence.

Yae, observing the interaction, offered her insight. "Sabito, it takes strength to acknowledge when you need help. You have a support system here, and that's a powerful resource."

Dr. Makoto nodded in agreement. "Recovery is a collaborative effort. Lean on those who care about you, and together, we can navigate through this."

Sabito, though still grappling with his reservations, felt a newfound warmth from the understanding eyes that surrounded him. "Thank you," he whispered, a mix of gratitude and determination in his voice.

Yae reassured him, "It's not a burden. We're here to support you. And besides, it's crucial to have a strong support system."

Giyuu, ever stoic, added, "We'll do whatever it takes to help Sabito overcome this. Your guidance is invaluable, Dr. Makoto,"

Dr. Makoto handed Giyuu a list of medications and instructions. "These should help manage Sabito's symptoms. Regular check-ups will be necessary to monitor his progress."

As the meeting concluded, Yae invited them to stay for dinner. The atmosphere shifted from a clinical setting to one of camaraderie and shared purpose. Over the meal, they discussed plans for Sabito's treatment, incorporating Yae's experiences with maintaining focus and discipline.

Giyuu, despite his initial reservations about seeking help, found solace in the expertise and warmth of the Makoto family. Sabito, realizing the genuine concern around him, felt a renewed sense of hope.
