Chapter 8

Valentina's POV 

It was indeed a long day , everyone was looking at me , whispering about me. It would have been better if I just didn't attend my first lecture cause as I sat on the desk the bell rang , so in the end this went down for nothing. 

My last lecture of the day just finished and I have a really bad migraine headache, I am planning to sneak out of the school cause I am in no condition to talk to those jerks without getting into a fight. But like always the luck is not on my side and Lucas who I share my this class with walks beside and yes that gets me more stares. 

"What" I snap at him. 

He just raises his eyebrow and says "You are going to rooftop, I am also going there".

I just roll my eyes and let him walk beside me. As we reach rooftop Alexander and Ethan are already there waiting for us. "So what about weekend do you want to talk" I say directly without waiting for them to speak. 

"Our parents are dating" Alexander says.

"I know , I was there on Saturday" I say sarcastically, I can be a bitch when I have headache. 

"Hey talk nicely we just want talk , our dad doesn't go dating every person he sees like your mom for us to be okay with it " Ethan says rudely. 

"Excuse me , what do you mean my mom dates every person she sees , this is the first time I have seen her date someone and not just date but also being serious about it. Unlike your father who was getting heart-eyes from waitress the whole dinner." I scoff , no one talks about my mom like that and gets away with it. 

Lucas comes forward to probably pick up a fight and also move forward. "You little bi-" "Okay okay guys maybe we started on a wrong foot , lets all cool down and talk peacefully." Alexander says coming between us. After giving Lucas a glare I step back. 

"Okay now that everyone has calmed down let's talk" Ethan says. 

" We are not comfortable with your mother dating our father and we would like if you made your mother break up with our dad." Ethan says. 

"Hell no, I am also uncomfortable you don't see me ruining there happiness , if you want them to break up , you break them up don't make me." I say rolling my eyes. 

"We would but we love our father" Alex says giving me those innocent eyes. 

"Oh and I hate mine" I deadpan 

" Well you do something or suck this dating thing up, I am not doing anything so fuck off" I say. 

"Okay whatever you are no use can't even break a marriage" I can break you "Guess we are meeting for family dinners" Ethan sighs defeated.

"Whatever can I go know" I ask after getting a nod I walk towards the door but as I was going to touch the door knob a dizzy spell hits me and I was going to fall down but someone catches me. 

I am shocked Lucas freaking Rossi caught me , I always though he would be happier seeing me fall. "Are you okay?" He asks concerned.

Seeing me shocked he just scoffs and says "Can't have you dying your way back home , we would be suspects " 

Rolling my eyes I say" just a migraine attack, I have that a lot" I say touching my head. 

"That's not good" Alexander says frowning. I just shrug "it's my sleeping schedule."

"Whatever take this" Lucas says handing me migraine pills which I usually take. I look at him questioningly , he just scoffs and says " I also have migraine , I am responsible enough to keep pills with me unlike you."

I take out one pill and swallow it. I say thanks to him and finally bid them goodbye. As I make my way back home I could see the pill working huh Lucas is not completely useless.
