Finally, the day started, and I couldn't sleep the whole night thinking about him.
I talked to my brother; he said the same thing that Ayansh was constantly asking him to let him meet me.
I was already overwhelmed with the fact that someone is making efforts for me.
As the morning came, I called Ayansh and asked him to meet me in the evening today. I also mentioned that my two friends are coming.
He sounded like he was already waiting for my call, agreed to meet, and asked me to send the location.
The whole day went by with me thinking about him; I couldn't help it. He is the only person on my mind right now.
Both Siya and Veer have been teasing me about him, and I've been avoiding them the whole day because obviously, this is new for me!
Finally, it's evening, time for us to leave. I have already messaged him the location.
Siya and I went together while Veer was coming from his office. We reached the restaurant; Siya got out of the car, and I went to park it. After parking, I was about to leave the parking lot when I saw a car coming in my direction.
The person parked his car beside mine, and it was none other than Ayansh. He was in a white shirt and black trousers.
Gosh, how can this man look so perfect? Not knowing that I was staring at him a little too long, he noticed me and fake coughed, making me come out of my daze.
I embarrassingly looked away.
"Hi," he greeted me with a smile.
"Hey," I greeted back with an awkward smile.
Why do I always embarrass myself in front of him? I cried in my thoughts.
"So, let's go?" he asked, taking me out of my thoughts.
"Huh, uh yeah, yeah, let's go," I said, walking forward.
Embarrassing!
We were walking towards the restaurant together, and that's when I spotted Veer and Siya waiting for me in front of the entrance.
We walked towards them; they both looked at me and smiled but looked at the unknown guy beside me puzzled.
"Guys, this is Ayansh, Ayansh Suryavanshi. I told you about him," I said, breaking the awkward silence.
"Oh, and these are my friends, Veer and Siya," I said, pointing towards them. They smiled at each other and shook hands.
Ayansh was about to shake hands with Siya, but Veer was fast enough to grab his hand and give him a tight-lipped smile.
Uhh, him and his possessive ass Ek din mujhe le dubegi
Ayansh laughed awkwardly, while Siya hit his arm, glaring at him.
"Don’t mind him, always like that. These two are a thing, actually," I said awkwardly.
"Oh, no, it's okay. I understand," he said, chuckling
We finally made our way inside the restaurant, the waiter guided us to an empty table.
We settled down, Veer and Siya sitting on one side, and Ayansh and I facing them
Bruh, why do they have to sit together? I'm getting awkward knowing he is just beside me.
"So, from where do we start?" said Veer, breaking the silence

I was parking my car when I noticed her beside hers. I came out of the car and looked at her.
Gosh, she was wearing a simple sky-blue shirt tucked into white trousers, and she let down her hair, casual and beautiful as ever.
I stared at her for a while, then noticed that she was doing the same. I chuckled and fake coughed, taking her out of her thoughts.
She looked away, embarrassed. I smiled at her cuteness and greeted her. She greeted me back awkwardly.
"So, let's go?" I asked, making the atmosphere less embarrassing for her.
"Huh, uh yeah, yeah, let's go," she said, walking forward. God, why is she so cute? It's just our second meeting, and I'm whipped for her
We walked towards the restaurant; she took me to two people standing at the entrance, I guess waiting for her. She introduced them as her friends.
We shook hands, and I was about to shake hands with the girl, but the guy held it, giving me a tight-lipped smile. I smiled awkwardly.
Shreesha apologized to me; I just nodded, chuckling, understanding his possessiveness.
We finally went inside and settled at our table.
She was sitting beside me, and I felt happy knowing that she was beside me. We actually look good together!
"So, from where do we start?" said the guy, breaking the silence.
"We should order something first, I guess. Then we can talk peacefully," I suggested.
They nodded, and we placed our order. Again, an awkward silence surrounded the table.
"So, you guys can ask me whatever you want, and after that, we can get to know each other," I said, breaking the silence.
They nodded and started thinking for a while
Shreesha and I made eye contact; I smiled at her, which she gladly returned.
"So, how do you know her?" the girl, Siya, asked.
"As I said, I saw her at Sanketh's wedding, and I have been liking her ever since," I said confidently.
"Hmm, so what do you know about her?" the guy, Veer, asked.
"Currently speaking, her name, age, work, family, and her two friends who are sitting in front of me. And one more thing, that she would be perfect for me," I said, taking all three by surprise
Shreesha choked on the air, listening to my last sentence. I handed her water, patting her back and looking at her with concern.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"Y-yeah," she said, drinking the water. After confirming that she was fine, I looked towards the two of them, just to see them smiling at us.
"What?" I asked.
They just shook their heads.
"So, tell us, what would you do if she acts childish? Because whenever she gets close to someone, she becomes talkative and childish," Siya said.
"Was it necessary to ask?" Shreesha muttered, which I could hear. I chuckled at her.
"Obviously, I would take her tantrums. That's what a boyfriend is for, right?" I said again, leaving three of them surprised.
"You won't get bored of her, right?" asked Siya.
"Obviously not. I wouldn't even make any efforts to meet her if I wasn't so sure about her," I said.
"The first time I saw her, I was so sure that I want to always keep her happy and smiling. And I promise I'll do that always till my last breath," I continued.
I looked at Shreesha, only to find her in tears. I held her face, wiping them away, and then smiled at her.
"I guess this is it. Shree, we approve of him. You won't get anyone better; he is the best for you," exclaimed Siya with a smile.
I let go of her face; she smiled at me, and then I looked at them with a smile.
After a while, our order came, and we talked about so many things.
These guys are friendly, and I didn't feel awkward with them.
One thing I got to know is Shreesha is very close to them; she was laughing and giggling.
I couldn't help but admire her. Both Siya and Veer noticed this, and now they are sure that he was the best guy their friend would ever meet
